Handyman who came was Felix. He was right on time. He checked out the work needed and proceeded to make the repairs. He was knowledgable, efficient, tidy, and completed everything in the time promised. Would strongly recommend his services.

The removal and installation went well, even though there were some challenges. The drain on the new sink had a different location which required some creative thinking in terms of the plumbing. The garbage disposal now interfered with the hot water shutoff, and we could no longer could use the existing drainage plumbing as it was configured. Fortunately our installer, Dean, was up to the task. He moved the shutoff, and reconfigured the drainage plumbing. Everything works as designed, and Dean did a terrific job. I appreciate his professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail. <br />

The chimney cap had come off during a recent storm. I needed someone to install a new cap. I bought the cap to be prepared when the serviceman arrived. He was able to install the cap in very little time.

They were excellent and provided excellent service. They were very polite and really thorough. We never forgot their service. We needed them the most in the summer of 2009. We spent over $200 or $300. It was a lot of man-hours for one person. The handyman was great and trustworthy. I was in the house and it meant a lot to me. I was alone with him and my young son. Sometimes women feel a little uncomfortable with that, but I felt very comfortable with this guy in the house. He also executed his job perfectly. If anybody did damage to that gate, it was my son and the handyman did a perfect job on this gate. It was a serious security issue with my son going up and down the stairs and playing safely upstairs. There was a problem with the type of staircase while putting this gate up, but he adjusted it. He just did it right. He didn?t create anything. He didn?t put anything extra and he followed the directions perfectly while putting the stairs. We felt very confident that our son was safe. He did a great job. We can?t say enough about him. He also had to do some extra work on a wrought iron banister. My son could easily get through and could fall down to the bottom floor if he was determined enough. So, he installed a clear Plexiglas that didn?t compromise the beauty of the staircase, but at the same time made it perfectly safe. He was very meticulous and we didn?t have to do anything. Their price was good. We knew that we had to do something serious with this house. Their punctuality was perfect. I told my husband that we need to use their services again.
