I had two windows in one of my bedrooms that would not stay up when <br /> opened. Steve, the owner, arrived shortly after I had called for <br /> service. He was friendly, polite and very thorough in diagnosing the <br /> problem with the windows. He did the repair immediately in a short <br /> amount of time, and charged me a very reasonable fee. I should also <br /> mention that before he started the repair he placed shoe covers over his <br /> shoes to protect my floors & carpet from being soiled. He also <br /> cleaned up after the repair and placed all my furniture back in their <br /> original positions in the room. Steve was very honest and I would <br /> definitely use his services again for other projects. <br />

With a happy voice, she is the one that knows what is going on, when things will happen and she makes sure things get done. THANK YOU Donna. Steve was the one who listened to what I wanted to have done. He quickly and politely understood exactly what I wanted to do. He offered some good suggestions on how to get the job done quickly. He listened to me. He did not try to tell me how the job should be done. I was impressed. Mark the tech arrived at my house when Donna said he would. He knew exactly what had to be accomplished and started the job immediately. He was courteous, clean and his work was very professional. The only problem was that I think the price is a little high. However, I feel I can live with it because they did exactly what they said they were going to do. There were no surprises. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman. The cost is worth having work done by professionals.

Shawn, the technician form Mr. Handyman, has done several jobs for us recently: installing safety grab bars in two of our bathrooms and just recently painting a bathroom, which included getting rid of mold on the walls. He did an excellent job and appropriately cleaned up the work area when he was finished. We will continue to use use this service in the future, and will also be recommending them to my friends.
