Wayne was absolutely awesome. I never felt like an inconvenience, which is a common issue these days. He took a lot of care and pride in making sure the job was done right, and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. My issue was 100% resolved, and I will be reaching out again for any future jobs.

Mr Handyman was so nice and did a great job putting up shelving in my garage. It is both sturdy and esthetically appealing. He also put all items on the shelves when done. I am very happy with it!

Wow!! Thanks soo much – Bernadette and Jose! Seriously, you guys have no idea how you've really come to the rescue and saved the day! (1) Love the TIMELY RESPONSIVENESS – I must've called over a dozen contractors; you were at least one of few that "actually" responded. I mean, at least responding to say you can or cannot commit right now would've been nice. (2) Sure, I get it, everyone is busy and not always able to respond with urgent requests, which is why I appreciated Bernadette's DUE DILIGENCE to assess that day's current workload and possibility / FEASIBILITY TO HANDLE THE URGENT CALL – which thankfully, worked out favorably. (3) My house (the project work site) is up there in NJ, but I'm working down here in Virginia at a site with restrictions to personal phones on-premises, so, I greatly appreciated OVERCOMING the phone-tag COMMS CHALLENGES and the FLEXIBILITY that your tech can still show up at the site, do the repairs, and follow-up with invoice & payment later – very convenient. (4) PROOF OF COMPLETED WORK & WORKMANSHIP QUALITY – esp. when not able to be present to actually see it – wow, certainly appreciated all those photos that Jose took, but was most pleasantly surprised to see a video clip that the gate can indeed swing close and self-latch, and the latch was at the coded height – functions to pass township inspection that must happen in a couple days! Can you see my tears of joy right now 🥲 I'm very much impressed–from reception to execution–and highly recommended for future services.
