I spoke to Phil Sattler on the telephone and he expained to me how they work. I then made an appointment for him to come to my house to to look at the work to done and to give me an estimate of the cost. Phil arrived at my home on time and looked at the work to be done. He then returned to hs office and emailed me an estimate. I then called Phil and asked him to send a carpenter to my house to do the work. The carpenter, Tom Milk, arrived on time at my home to do the work. He purchased the necessary lumber to do the work and then proceeded to replace the rotted fascia and soffit on my house. Some of the work was on the second floor of the house that he had to climb on a ladder, some of the work was detail dental design that he had to cut the wood in the same design and some of the work was a large soffit that had to be fitted overhead. Well, Tom, is a professsional carpenter and he could handle all of it. In addition, he was pleasent to work with and cleaned up everything when he was done. The price of the job came below the estimate.

They were available immediately to assist me in installing grab bars in the bathrooms They were professional friendly and on time. Would highly recommend!

What customer service. From the minute I called and then spoke to Steve everything worked out perfectly. Was given a reminder call the night before, a 30 min call to let me know they were almost done and the job went smoothly and great results. Would definitely recommend them.

Had a vanity and toilet replaced in small bathroom. It took a bit longer than expected to complete job but it was done perfectly when finished. Was a little surprised with the 20 dollar van fee to go to store to pick up and additional part and charged for that time in addition but that's just what it is. I would recommend this company
