We used Mr. Handyman to have some bathroom touchup work done which was needed after we installed a different size tub. Specifically, Mr. Handyman repaired the drywall next to the tub, installed new flooring and reinstalled the floor trip. We received competitive estimates, and Mr. Handyman was, by far, the most fair and explanative as far as their estimate goes. They were clear on the phone, asked a lot of questions, and I appreciated how they charge incrementally to the 15-minute slot, meaning that if a job takes (for example) 5.5 hours, they will not round up to 6 hours; it's 5.5. The actual handyman who worked on our bathroom, Jeff, was amazing. The quality of his work is superb, and Jeff was super friendly, personable and we felt complete comfort with him in our house. He kept us updated on the status of work as it transpired, and showed us the work in detail before he left. When receiving the invoice, we were pleasantly surprised that the invoice was a good deal less than our estimate. In addition, they needed one extra day to finish up a few last touches, and they waived the service fee on that day, which is very appreciated. All in all, super awesome company, and I wish I had found them earlier. We will certainly keep them in mind for future projects, and will specifically request Jeff. Great service! Jeff

MICHAEL THE OWNER WAS FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. TOM THE HANDYMAN WAS NOT JUST ON TIME, BUT EARLY. HE WAS POLITE, FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS DURING THE JOB, DIDN'T SMOKE OR LISTEN TO LOUD MUSIC AND WAS EVEN CREATIVE WHEN ASKED TO MOVE LARGE TREE TRUNK PIECES TO ANOTHER SPOT IN THE BACK YARD. THE PIECES WERE PLACED ARTFULLY. I WAS ABSOLUTELY OVERALL PLEASED WITH THE WORK WHICH TOOK A TOTAL OF 3 1/2 DAYS. TOM DID A WONDERFUL CLEANUP JOB. THE ONLY THING I HAD TO DO WAS VACUUM THE SAWDUST FROM THE PORCH AFTER TOM HAD FIT A LOT OF TASKS INTO THE 2ND DAY, FINISHING UP IN THE FINAL HOUR. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT IF HE HAD VACUUMED, BUT THAT'S THE LEAST I'VE EVER HAD TO DO AS FAR AS CLEANUP AFTER SOMEONE HAS WORKED ON THE PROPERTY, SO I'D SAY THAT'S PRETTY GOOD! THE HOURLY RATE IS $70.00. A BIT MORE THAN OTHER ESTIMATES, BUT WELL WORTH IT.

THEY REALLY CLEANED UP WELL. THEY WERE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, AND FINISHED IN A TIMELY MANNER. I HAD SPECIFIC REQUESTS ABOUT THE TYPE OF MATERIAL TO BE USED, AND THEY MET MY EXPECTATIONS PRECISELY.
