We hired Mr. Handyman and had high expectations for the services. When Steven arrived, we quickly realized that our expectations would be surpassed. Steven was excellent. He quickly and clearly diagnosed the necessary repairs and then advised us on our best course of action. He came up with a creative way to solve our problem (broken door) immediately while we waited for parts to ship. He was also very responsive in setting up a time to come shortly after the parts were ready to complete our final installation. On top of the first rate work he did on our house, he was extremely friendly and was a comforting presence in the midst of an intimidating amount of damage to our house. We are incredibly grateful to have found Steven and Mr. Handyman, and I would jump at the opportunity to recommend him to anyone. 10/10!

I can’t say enough about this company and my experience of how wonderful we were treated! Let’s start with Cynthia the first contact in booking repairs…she is simply amazing…on point with her customer service skills! Cynthia’s correspondence throughout the many times we had them out for repairs in our home was always top notch! Cynthia is knowledgeable, compassionate to your needs and scheduling and ever so professional! The owner sure picked an excellent candidate as the first impression for his company! We had Josh out for the first repair and he worked tirelessly all day long and stayed over to try and get our big drywall repair job done in a timely manner as we were in a crunch to get our home on the market. He is punctual, respectful, knowledgeable and such a kind human! He also returned for another scheduling and again punctual, respectful and did a great job for us! Same day we had Mario booked and he came out to do siding repairs for us and he too was punctual, respectful and did a great job. Rachel did work for us as well and worked tirelessly on several visits as well and did an amazing job for us too! Same thing…punctual, respectful and did a great job. We had to have Josh back out in an area of concern and the Owner backed the work and did not try to charge any additional fees like some companies we have dealt with in the past! We had storm damage from the recent bad storms that came through Nashville just two days before pictures were supposed to have been taken of the house that tore off siding, gutters, etc., and Cynthia spoke with the owner and they got us scheduled right away and took care of us so quickly! We are ever so grateful to the kindness they showed us in such a stressful situation! I highly recommend this company!
