I called Mr. Handyman for a quote on repairing a wooden walkway in my mothers backyard after a tree fell and damaged a couple of sections of it. The walkway runs across the ridge of a hill and the damaged sections were situated on the steepest part of the hill. The work needed to be done in a precarious location, and it was a challenge getting all the materials down to the area. I had no idea if it was even a job they would consider taking. Drake came out and couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. He was actually enthusiastic about the prospect of doing the work, which I was impressed with. He gave me a very reasonable estimate, which was so good that I didn’t even call anybody else. I felt good about using Mr. Handyman to do the job. Drake came and repaired the walkway, and actually had it done much quicker than I thought it would take. He did an outstanding job, and the total cost was basically what I was quoted. The materials cost a little more than expected, but I was informed that was a possibility in advance, so it was no problem. Also Pam, who handles the phones and schedules the jobs was fantastic to work with! She kept me updated about the status of the job with texts and emails, she was diligent about returning messages, answered all my questions, and was extremely helpful during the whole process. I am very pleased with the outcome of this project. I would definitely use Mr. Handyman again, and would highly recommend them to friends, family or anyone that has any type of home project that they need help with. They are an excellent company and provide a valuable, quality service!
