Appointments were kept, job done, looks great. Larry did a great job. Job took two days, because of time and letting the tile dry. Pricey, but hourly rate is given upfront. Job went a little longer than expected, but still within the estimated range of time given at the initial visit.

I had a company come in and clean my dryer vent in February of 2015. When I began having problems with my clothes drying, I thought it was an issue with the dryer. I eventually found that the problem was not with the dryer but because the duct was actually disconnected. To make matters worse, my dryer is on the first floor and i have a finished basement. There was only a very narrow access to the duct in the utility room. I had been told that a great sized area of dry wall would have to be cut out to reach the duct. I contacted Mr. Handyman and they sent someone out the same day. Please note this was New Year's Eve!!! Michael was excellent. I don't know how he did it but he was able to reconnect the duct without damaging the drywall. He also found that the brush and wand had broken off of the equipment the company that did the initial duct cleaning was using and was stuck in the duct. I am still questioning how that company supposedly did not notice they were missing a brush and approximately 3 feet of wand off of their equipment!!! Even when the duct was reconnected, the air was not flowing to the outside vent. There was a massive lint build up from the brush clogging the duct. Michael cleaned this out also. The amount of lint he pulled out made me question if the initial company had even provided the services I was charged for. Given the responsiveness, customer service and cost savings (I would have paid a lot more to repair drywall) I will definitely use Mr. Handyman again.

Everything went wonderfully. 100% honesty here. I was a little frustrated in the beginning because it felt like jumping thru hoops just to get someone to come out and provide an estimate. However, with that said, I'm very glad we stuck with this company. The owner himself is the one that comes out and does the estimate. I'm not new to the construction industry, so I knew what needed to be done (being pregnant I didn't want to do it myself). The owner was extremely knowledgable and professional. We had, had two other companies come out to look at the same project and Mr. Handyman was by far the most qualified. He knew exactly what he was talking about, which was refreshing to hear. He was honest about the process and cost, he didn't seem to want to take us for all of our money, but wanted to do a quality job. The job took two days. The gentleman that came out was very professional and patient with my annoying barking dogs (thank you. I know they were annoying!) The storm door project was completed same day, and the French doors took a day and a half, but it all looks amazing. A very professional and competent company. They have reasonable prices. I would and will be hiring them again for other projects along with recommending them to anyone and everyone that needs a handyman. Pictures are attached. The only thing left to do is paint the French doors and the walls where the spackle is… Honestly, I'll probably hire them again to do that too!
