I am thrilled with the repair and outstanding customer service provided by Ozni and Mr. Handyman! I've been procrastination with the repair, replacement of insulation and drywall in my garage ceiling and, given the cold temps, finally took a chance on a new handyman service. The company was able to fit in my job sooner than any other (great first start), their communication was outstanding, and they sent Ozni…who really delivered! Ozni was prompt, considerate, took some time to make sure he did an adequate assessment (making sure there were no mold or moisture concerns), and did an excellent job. He was even patient with my very loud and nosy dogs (which was greatly appreciated). He listened to my concerns and exceeded my expectations and is an outstanding representative of Mr. Handyman. Now my rooms are finally warm again, no drafts, and you can never tell there was a repair! I have found my Handyman! Thank you Ozni! Really appreciate you!

Mr.Handyman did a great job installing our bathroom exhaust fan at a great price. Kelly was our technician. He was very professional, knowledgeable, fast, respectful and nice.

My experience with Mr. Handyman is probably a bit different than most. I got a migraine while driving to work Friday, December 20, 2024. So I pulled off the interstate into a Burger King parking lot to take my meds and let the headache dissipate. Once I felt better, I tried turning my car back on and the battery was dead. Because it’s a manual transmission, I attempted to pull it out to push it back in while popping the clutch to start it. Well, maybe I was on a slant, because pulling my car out of the spot was much easier than pushing it back in. At least 10 cars went through that drive-thru while I struggled in the middle of the parking lot try to push my car and no one stopped to help…except Anthony in his Mr. Handyman truck! Normally, I have jumper cables in my car, but of course, the one time they were in my husband’s truck. …which was in the shop from a recent accident. Anthony said he had to run to Home Depot, which was thankfully practically across the street to pick up some supplies anyway and would get some jumper cables while he was there. This kind, wonderful man did just that! He came back maybe 20 minutes later, gave my car a jump, and it started right up! I was able to get to a nearby Advance Auto Parts, test it, ☠️, get a new battery AND some jumper cables! Moral of the story: If you want to work with a company who has legitimately kind, helpful, “handy” 😉 people working for them, call Mr. Handyman – and ask for Anthony. Also, we have a oldddd house that’s going on 100-years-old. We’re always in need of handy work of some kind! And I know exactly who we’re gonna call! Thank you again! I couldn’t be more grateful!
