    Al and Rhonda have owned and managed businesses in the information technology arena for over 20 years. In 2005, they opened Mr. Handyman of Fredericksburg, refocusing their entrepreneurial energies toward Al's family roots. He grew up in a family-owned construction business and he understands the needs of customers and his staff. Rhonda and Al are dedicated to delivering the highest levels of customer service and quality workmanship in a traditionally under-served industry segment.

    Customer Service Representative

    Karen is a long-time resident of the Fredericksburg area. She has a strong background in customer service and in the home building industry, having worked for a national insurance company and for one of the country's largest home builders. Before that, she served as a full-time public school teaching assistant for nearly eight years. Karen enjoys gourmet cooking and she's a master gardner.

    Micheal has worked in the home building and remodeling industry for nearly 30 years. He has a wide range of skills and a strong knowledge of building codes. He has done everything from framing, finish carpentry, cabinet and counter installations, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and tile work. In his spare time, Micheal has been earning a certification in desktop and network administration, expanding his skills beyond the construction arena.

    Senior Service Technician

    William has over 30 years of carpentry and interior trim experience. He has coordinated and supervised new homes construction and he has done punch out and service work for a major Mid-Atlantic home builder. William is experienced in all aspects of home maintenance and repair including electrical, plumbing, and drywall work. He is from the Hampton Roads, Virginia area, and now lives with his wife in the southeastern portion of Stafford County. In their spare time, they rescue dogs and provide shelter and comfort to them.
