I asked Mr. Handyman to come out and see if they could do a better job, and they did. My technician was on-time, professional, tidy, courteous, and explained what he thought should be done and how long it would take. It looks so much better than what my original contactor had done and I have a lot more room under the sink to store items. I think it was a good value for the money since these technicians that come in to your home are licensed, bonded, and have background checks. I felt comfortable with the technician in my house, and the quality of work was excellent. I would recommend them, and I will have them back for other work when I need it.

I called to book an appointment to have a few small repairs done at my store. I made the appointment over the phone last night, and after hanging up realized that I was not able to have them work at the time I scheduled. I called and left a message letting them know that I needed to have someone earlier, and even though I missed several of their returned calls to confirm, as soon as I got to the store today Michael was there! I did not know there is a 2 hour minimum for the appointment, but Michael was so helpful and found several things that needed to be adjusted and fixed during his visit, which kept his time efficient yet productive. I am very happy with the work that was completed, and highly recommend Michael and Mr. Handyman's service!

Everything went well and looked great. However, the plumbing proved problematic. Pipes were old and had been neglected. But Dan never gave up and worked diligently until the job was done, all the while accommodating our schedules with concern for our inconvenience Even with the extra hours, he worked with his office to honor our original estimate! Daniel, Luis and Mark were a pleasure to do business with whether in the office or over the phone. Yes! We would definitely hire Dan and other contractors from Mr. Handyman again!

Clarke does excellent work, is easy to communicate with, efficient, really the perfect guy to make your problems go away. In an out, pleasant, boom you're done. We have had other handymen in the past, but even if they are great the issue is that they may be good workmen but terrible businessmen. So if you want to call, then text, then wait, then wait, then wait some more, go ahead and you'll probably spend less. But I have had Mr. Handyman before, the scheduling is easy and reliable, I feel comfortable and safe, the company stands behind them with a company van and uniform so if anything went wrong I could call and at the very least, post here. Totally positive experience and worth the cost.
