I contacted Mr Handyman about an issue I had really struggled finding anyone to repair. We needed a dryer exhaust vent duct to be replaced, but it was hidden under neath outside vinyl ceiling, so everyone I contacted referred me to a vent pipe person, or a contractor, and I was so frustrated!! Sam reached out and was so great understanding my situation and George was here yesterday. Managed to get the issue fixed and our dryer is up and running as normal dryers should be! I would absolutely use them again and happy to now know they exist.

Mr Handyman was great to work with. They make the process of getting a quote simple, their scheduling was easy, and the service was great. The staff at the office is friendly. They let you know when a tech is on the way and who is coming before they arrive. They sent a man named Garrett who was respectful, a problem solver, a hard worker and generally good at what he does. He cleaned up at the end of each visit was also great with dogs. You might be able to find a more affordable option, but the professionalism and reliability made for a headache free experience which I thought was worth it. Garrett did a lot of different finish work and a tiling project in my home and I’m very happy with the results. I will likely call Mr. Handyman in the future.

I was stunned that someone was available so quickly. The estimate and actual cost were comparable. Robert was friendly, thorough and conscientious. I would definitely ask them to come back, especially if Robert was available.

Our most recent project together was to replace a failed wooden fence running across my backyard. Holy Wow — I am kind of particular but not excessively so for a thing that I"ll be looking at for years — at least I don't think so! But it was very time consuming to get a fence style I liked that did not break my bank. Julia their manager was willing to do so much back and forth with me I felt like i was her only customer. At one point she went over to Home Depot personally to check out a sample I'd seen and liked but which she was having trouble getting info on. And finally she sourced some lovely lumber at a local family owned lumberyard that saved me a huge amount of money. Installation was speedy and tidy and on time and all the things you want. The fence builder men were friendly and capable and my fence looks great. Super happy with this job. (And yes, they cut out a piece of fence to accomodate the tree and it is beautifully supported on the other side.)
