Kip did an amazing job troubleshooting and fixing a gap in our foundation. He was great with communicating the estimated time and cost for the project. He also cleaned our dryer exhaust prior to leaving. Great service and Kip did fantastic work. I would definitely use their service in the future.

They are able to do whatever I need help with and understand the job. They are always careful with my stuff and they don't leave me with a mess to clean up, they're not bumping into things and breaking stuff, as my place is fairly cluttered. They take the time to listen to what needs to be done, communicate well and explain and show what they did when they're done. And make sure it's exactly what I needed to have done. Techs are always nice, friendly and helpful. Katie is always wonderful to deal with and very understanding about my needs due to my health issues. It is always easy to schedule and I appreciate they let me know when they are heading over here and then again when they're literally about to arrive or parking. I feel safe and comfortable with them in my house. I can't recommend them enough. I have a lot of chronic conditions and it's often hard to find people who are able to understand my needs and work around me. They're always courteous and respectful and very kind.

I had a phenomenal experience with Mr. Handyman. They accommodated my changing schedule and then showed up very much on time when I did become available. They were ultra professional, courteous, and thoughtful – they even put booties on so they wouldn't mess up my pristine floors in my house. I found them to be very knowledgeable of the issues, and then their explaining to me what their suggested approach would be to fixing the issues to be reassuring and comforting. They performed and completed the job in a timely manner and then cleaned up their work areas. Not only did they complete the job, but the work is sure to last for many many years with high quality. Then I was able to inquire about other projects around the house and Mr. Handyman was very helpful with their suggestions. Next time I will book them for at least an entire day as we finally found someone competent and professional. I really can't speak highly enough of my extremely positive experience.

Prompt , courteous , & professional service. The technician explained the repairs & how he was going to fix the issue. He left the repair sight neat & clean. The cost was higher than average , but the peace of mind it gave me was well worth it. The fact that I was dealing with a licensed, insured company that guarantees their work was very important to me.

Very professional. Was on-time, took about 30 minutes to set up and explained that he would take 30 minutes at the end of the day to take everything down and back to his truck. Pretty much completed the job. A couple of minor things could not be completed in the time allotted but I could take care of those. Overall, very happy with the work.
