Well after the screen was replaced and the repairman had left, I noticed a small opening at the corner of the screen. When the company rep contacted me afterwards to see how the work went I told her about the small hole. She sent another repairman out that same day. He had to make two trips to the hardware store as he thought of different approaches for the repair. The end result was another new screen. It was not easy to make a decision on how to approach this. The track was also repaired. I was very pleased with their work.

This is the second time we have used Mr. Handyman's services. We had them come out to fix our gutter and to install a dryer vent. It's easy to schedule. There was great communication from the office. The technician arrived on time and was courteous. I highly recommend their service.

Kip was excellent. In half a day, on his first visit, he: – cut up some massive branches that came down in last weeks storm (which we hadn’t previously mentioned before he arrived) – built a new frame for one of the screens in our porch – patched a hole in our ceiling in our utility room – repaired woodpecker damage to the side of our house and painted it – repaired a hinge in one of our kitchen cabinets that I’ve been trying to fix for years – laid new wood decking in a section of our porch floor that has started to rot – recalibrated the settings on a floodlight high on the side of our house which required a very tall ladder – made two trips to local stores to purchase materials. All in all, a couple of years of tasks that we haven’t dealt with all taken care of at once, for a very reasonable price.

The office staff were very helpful and friendly and were able to arrange the visit the same day while I was off from work. Rene arrived and explained the job and began work promptly. He had to leave to get some supplies and came back quickly and got back to work and did a very thorough job . He was friendly and professional, and also consulted on another home repair that I had asked him about….I will definitely call again A very satisfied first time customer Norine
