​Jerry deserves 10 out of 5 stars! He was absolutely fantastic to work with. I originally called Mr. Handyman for help with some rotting siding and deteriorating bathroom caulking. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by the issues, but the moment Jerry showed up, his positive attitude completely put me at ease. I described him to my mother in law as the Handyman you would expect in Mister Roger's neighborhood- just a super nice, hard working, and capable guy. ​Jerry honestly noted up front that matching the existing siding perfectly might be tricky since this siding isn't sold anymore, but he promised he would give it his best shot. I was still incredibly nervous until he showed up to do the repair because I wasn't sure it was possible for new boards to blend in seamlessly—but Jerry completely knocked it out of the park. The replacement boards match perfectly! ​To top it off, his recaulking job made our shower look brand new. My husband even admitted he didn't realize how bad the shower looked until Jerry fixed it, and now he wishes we had found him sooner. I can't recommend Jerry and Mr. Handyman highly enough!

We had them install a pocket door in a very challenging doorway. It took some brainstorming along the way and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. From first contact with Sara then owner Jason and handyman Rob it was obvious that they were willing to go above and beyond to work with us to get the project completed to our satisfaction. Great communication and commitment at a respectable price.

I want to provide a candid review for Jerry from Mr. Handyman because he did an amazing job helping me fix my kitchen cabinets. I had been struggling for quite some time to get these cabinets repaired. I originally hired someone else to do the work, but the job was never completed properly. After that, I contacted several cabinet companies looking for help, but most were only interested in large renovation projects like complete kitchen remodels. I only needed someone with enough expertise to repair five damaged cabinets, and finding the right person became surprisingly difficult. One of the cabinet companies eventually recommended that I contact Mr. Handyman, and I’m very glad they did. Sarah was extremely kind and professional from the very beginning. She asked me to send pictures and videos of the cabinets so they could evaluate the situation. The next day she confirmed that the work could indeed be done and coordinated everything for me. Jerry came out this week to inspect the cabinets personally. He carefully evaluated the situation and began working on a solution. During the installation process, he realized the drawer boxes needed additional adjustments to fit correctly, so he took them back to his workshop to custom-fit them properly instead of forcing a poor installation. He explained everything clearly and honestly and asked for a couple of extra days to complete the work correctly. Yesterday he returned and spent several hours carefully fitting and installing everything, and the final result was outstanding. The cabinets are now fully functional, aligned properly, and working smoothly again. After all the stress and failed attempts to get this issue resolved, it honestly feels like a nightmare is finally over. What stood out the most to me was Jerry’s professionalism, honesty, craftsmanship, and attitude throughout the entire process. He was candid, respectful, easy to work with, and clearly takes pride in his craft. Sometimes you do not need a massive renovation company for a smaller project — you simply need the right expert who truly understands the work. I’m extremely pleased with the results and very grateful for the help from both Jerry and Sarah at Mr. Handyman. I would absolutely recommend them for cabinet repairs, carpentry work, and similar home projects.
