Local Bathroom Remodeling & Repair Services in Port Monmouth, New Jersey

I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to every time I use Mr. Handyman. Okay, this is the second time but whatever. I got the same guy I got last time – a man named Rob. Rob is unstoppable. He is a machine. But a machine that is friendly, outgoing, punctual, quiet, and incredibly hard working. I kept adding things that I needed (IE: I forgot a load of stuff I had to have him do) and kept piling them on. What did Rob say? "Okay." To every single one. No questions asked. He just did them as I said them, and he put the BBQ together – which was really not an easy task, as it was a new Lynx one that must have weighed 180lbs OUTSIDE of the box. He did it all on his own. I asked him to fill a hole in the wall, last minute. He did it. I asked him to get a broken cord out of a PC monitor. He did it. I asked him if he'd take some extra boxes. He did it. I am an annoying, demanding customer who was working and doing other things while Rob was there, and Rob just worked. He worked and worked and worked and then handed me a bill that was so reasonable that i was actually kind of surprised and almost wanted to give him more because it seemed like it was worth more. When you work with Mr. Handyman of Monmouth you get great people. I worked with Donna to schedule service and she was awesome. I mean really, really awesome. I am bothersome and confusing on the phone and easily distracted and was able to get things done thanks to her. Quite literally I wouldn't be able to have done any of these things without these guys. It's really weird, writing this review, because most services like MRH always come along with some weird tough-to-understand fellow, generally mess up in some way, generally do something you don't like. Rob is about the most red-blooded American you've ever seen, and just…really nice. I never write nice reviews, because I am the most weirdly critical person in the world, but I love these guys. I love them. They're awesome. If you need something done in the home they are seriously the people to call. You are lucky to live in their coverage zone, because you'll get Rob, and Rob will get whatever needs done done.

They turned out to be terrific. They did what they said they would do. The work that they did was incredible. They came on time and were respectful of my time as well the place; they wore things over their shoes so that they won’t mess up. They cleaned up after themselves after the work was finished which was so lovely because there was nothing for me to do; it was from the top floor all the way. There was no problem or concerns. They were polite and very helpful. It was just lovely. They have now got a customer for live because I have really enjoyed the whole experience.

I have used "Handyman " for many years without any problems. I do have to admit,the prices have gone up.As a senior it is harder to make ends meet. I don't think I will be able to use them again 😕 😔.

Mr. Handyman sent their technician, Sebastian to repair a fairly large hole in our tub area. He came on time, was very friendly, and answered all our questions. He worked quietly, not disturbing us as we worked from home. He cleaned up after the job was done. The hole is gone. Sebastian's tile work is excellent….And he has a pretty cool looking van.
