Robert Bysina was a Great Service contractor. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He was neat organized and cleaned up after his job. I would use him again for home improvement

I had a great experience with this company. The representatives I worked with we're very nice, flexible and fair about the time it would to do the repairs. Competitively priced and quality work.

Set up an appointment within a couple days of my call . The handyman arrived early (after a call to see if it was OK) He worked quickly and efficiently, creating little mess,which he cleaned up before he left. Very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.

A large tree from my neighbors home fell in my yard during Hurricane Irene. It tore the gutter and leader off the side of the house and dropped debris in the other gutters. It was very difficult to get anyone to return my calls because of the extensive damage in our area, so I called Mr. Handyman and they called me within the hour and came the next day to clean the gutters , secure them and measure for the new ones. They called to schedule installation four days later but actually came one day earlier and completed the work perfectly. Excellent work — I couldn't be more pleased.

<p>The problem with the old soffits was that they were nesting carpenter bees. Robert, the carpenter that was sent to do the job, carefully removed the old soffits and replaced them with new ones. At my request, the new soffits were backed by screen hardware to prevent the bees from drilling again.</p> <p>The job was completed in two visits.</p> <p>This contractor works on an hourly basis. So be sure of how long you think a job will take to complete. I miscalculated and thought it would take a few hours, but it would up needing more time. The man had to leave the job and come back when his company's schedule allowed. This was of a concern to me since I wasn't sure how long that time span would be and I had a "half-baked" job.</p> <p>Fortunately, Dave was able to squeeze me in on the following Monday and the job was completed.</p> <p>I had two problems: 1) Getting the discounts offered. I had to ask for it after I got that information from Angie's List representatives. I was a little disappointed that the contractor was not more forward in advising me the discount was available for Angie's List members. 2) I was taken aback when I was told Robert would not be back to finish the job until he had finished other jobs on the job list. If Dave had not been able to work the schedule for him to come back that would have been a problem for me.</p> <p> These two "problems" were why I chose the 'B' ratings above.</p> <p>Despite the above I have to say that Robert, the carpenter, was very congenial and did an excellent job.</p> <br />
