Contacted by phone, we had a conversation where the fee schedule was explained, they quickly understood the issue and addressed it. The representative arrived at appointed time was shown the issue, quickly grasped the problem even suggested the ways to remedy it. He had all the parts with him necessary to complete the job and rather then replacing the whole downspout he properly repaired the problem area. Fast friendly competent – I would not hesitate to contact them again, I would also feel comfortable recommending them to friends and family.

They are awesome and I have recommended them to friends and family to help fix all those small and medium sized lingering to-dos and discuss plans for big ones. Overall, it went well and the job is well done. The Pros: They were prompt, curteous, neat, and professional in dress and manerisms. The Cons: I thought it was a little cheesey that they charge for estimates. I did use them and my estimate fee was refunded, but given the fact that it is the owners who come give the estimates and not the guy's who actually do the work, I thought it was another way to make a buck if you go with another contractor. The worker showed up on time, but given the fact that the boss speced out the job… he should have known what was needed…instead I had to go to Home Depot with him to get the supplies and pay for them, this ate up an hour in labor…and as other's have said, they have a heafty labor rate. To save me a couple of bucks the worker reused a piece of wood from the original door frame, after it was painted I could see indentations in the wood from where he had pried it off the wall. NO ONE ELSE would probably ever notice it, including my wife…but I did…so call me picky. So, other than a slight blemish on a piece of wood that no one else would notice…even though I was unhappy with a couple of their policies, I knew about how they operated before hand….so why did I use them? I'll tell you why I used them: Because they appear professional, are licensed and INSURED, and frankly when having someone do work inside your house you want someone who you can trust, someone who is reputable, professional, and certainly licensed and insured…not some fly by night crook in the back of the Pennysaver. .

I cannot say enough good things about the company and especially Brian. From the time I made the first phone call to the time Brian finished the job, we were treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. Brian wore cloth booties whenever he came into our house and was courteous, understanding, and a true professional. The work was done perfectly. Although we paid by the hour (quarter-hour after the first 2 hours) he wasted no time and completed the work in the shortest time possible. We greatly appreciated the effort he and the company made in keeping the cost down. Before the appointment John and Phil told me what I would need to buy and have on hand. Although it cost me over $300, I was able to return $200 worth of items, due to Brian' ability and efficiency. This is a wonderful company with hard working and honest people. I would call them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone needing a handyman.
