The owner Steve is great! I am battling a mice problem and wanted to stop them from entering my home through various holes/gaps on the exterior. Due to the urgent nature of the situation, Steve was able to fit me into his busy schedule and sent handyman Joe within 2 days after I first reached out to his company. Joe was excellent, really a knowledgable guy with tremendous enthusiasm. He jumped on board immediately and got right to work filling in all the holes around the house and even located gaps on the facade and located a possible rodent nest my exterminator and I had not noticed before. The custom frame he built to cover the basement window vent is functional and also looks great! This was a major site identified by my exterminator where mice were entering, and I feel confident that now the area is secure. The entire job was completed in 3 hours with a side trip to Home Depot to gather materials. Even though tackling a mice infestation is not what this company usually does, they were able to accommodate me and exceeded my expectations! I will definitely hire them again and already am compiling a list of tasks around my house.

I spoke to Phil Sattler on the telephone and he expained to me how they work. I then made an appointment for him to come to my house to to look at the work to done and to give me an estimate of the cost. Phil arrived at my home on time and looked at the work to be done. He then returned to hs office and emailed me an estimate. I then called Phil and asked him to send a carpenter to my house to do the work. The carpenter, Tom Milk, arrived on time at my home to do the work. He purchased the necessary lumber to do the work and then proceeded to replace the rotted fascia and soffit on my house. Some of the work was on the second floor of the house that he had to climb on a ladder, some of the work was detail dental design that he had to cut the wood in the same design and some of the work was a large soffit that had to be fitted overhead. Well, Tom, is a professsional carpenter and he could handle all of it. In addition, he was pleasent to work with and cleaned up everything when he was done. The price of the job came below the estimate.

The men arrived on time. Didn’t waste time. Were very pleasant. They built a platform and assembled the vinyl shed. Very pleased with the workmanship.

I called Mr. Handyman for an appt. and spoke to John, he was very curtious and informative. He explained the procedure, the cost and told me the worker would come in a Mr. Handyman truck that is clearly marked. I told John I had a $20 coupon from Angie's List web site, that's why my total was less that quoted. Pete called me about a half hour before the appt. to let me know he was on his way. He was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgable. He gave me tips on how to keep the garage organized. I was surprised at how many services they provide., the checklist of services is thorough. In my area there are many things that the sanitation dept. doesn't pick up, Pete gave me a number to call to make an appt. for pick up. I was very pleased with the company he suggested.
