I contacted My Handyman online because my porch steps had become detached. Communication was easy, with quick text responses, and the work was scheduled for the next morning. The technician, Mike, was prompt, pleasant, and competent. I am very happy with my new steps and with Mr. Handyman's service.

I had a small set of stairs blocking the access door to the crawl space of my house. The last time the crawl space had to be accessed literally had to break the stairs apart and put back together. So I called Mr. Handyman and they sent Ryan over. He was absolutely amazing!!! He was able to find a way to safely secure my stairs so that they could be easily removed to access the crawlspace whenever needed. Which is a huge deal for me and just provides me so much peace of mind! Ryan was super friendly and incredibly clean. He even brought his own doormat and had covers for his shoes. Ryan explained his plan for the job to me very clearly, got the materials needed and got everything done quickly. Super affordable and he told me they offer tons of other services. Also, Madison the person who helped me schedule everything has the cheeriest voice (like you will smile when you hear her voice) and she was so nice and very helpful! Overall, a very positive experience. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman and I will use them again in the future.

I had quite a few disparate odd jobs that needed to be addressed and not enough time (or know how!) to do them all. I've used Mr. Handyman in the past and they came through for the WIN again! My technician was Rob and he was on time, courteous and efficient. I really appreciated that he considered it had been raining the morning of/night before and brought a mat to wipe his feet and bootie coverings to wear on his shoes before entering my home.
