I am so grateful to Ed from Mr. Handyman of SE Bellevue for time and again helping us to renovate and repair our lovely home. The latest project proved his skill and attention to detail. After an accident in the repair of a different part of our solarium, we needed to get a crack fixed in a curved plexiglass window. Of all the people I called to ask about repair, Mr. Handyman was the only company that said they had a solution beyond replacing the whole window (which sadly was not possible due to the original solarium company being out of business). They warned that they couldn't warranty the work, but that they could fix it by caulking the pieces back together, then caulking another piece of plexiglass over top of the entire crack. Fortunately, because of the location of the crack, the repair was hidden under the metal flashing. Vic, the technician who did the work, was on time and very professional. He examined and measured the area from the roof and inside the solarium, then bought the necessary supplies and then did the work within a little over 2 hours. He was very thorough in his explanation of what he was doing and how it would work, and the final job was as good as it could be considering the situation. It has now been over 7 months since the repair with no leaks, so it was definitely a job well done. We would definitely use Mr. Handyman again, and did a few months later!

We had some damage from a carpenter ant infestation. Vic showed up on time, did what was needed, was able to reuse some of our siding for the repair, cleaned up the worksite, and removed some interior cabinets. The work looks great, and it was very close to the original "bid" (a difficult feat, as we didn't know how much damage had been done to the mudsill and stud). I would definitely use them again.
