He took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. After the inspection, it only took a couple of days for the repair work to get scheduled and completed. The technician, Mareese, was absolutely incredible–he finished the entire job in just one day and kept me updated throughout the process with status check-ins and even videos. That level of communication and transparency really stood out. This company truly exceeded my expectations. They are not only highly skilled and efficient, but also a pleasure to work with. I couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone needing repair work–they really do it all and deliver high-quality service every step of the way.

    Highly Recommend Mr. Handyman of SE Bellevue!! Their staff and service are exceptional!! My mother's house had an emergency of a broken front door on the Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving. I was 3000 miles away and trying to secure her house after she was taken to the hospital. Terry in the office went out of her way to find a technician who could come look at it right away. Justin – the most amazing technician ever – arrived within the hour. He advised me on the best course of action and needed to get some extra materials. We agreed he would be back the next morning to complete the work. Thanksgiving morning – very early, Justin arrived and did an amazing job securing my mother's home. He was super professional – super fast – and the fact he was willing to come out early Thanksgiving morning was just amazing. He assured me all was well with my mothers house, it was secure and would be ok for her upon her return. I was kept updated every step of the way – Mr. Handyman, between both Justin and Terry were phenomenal and I am very grateful. 100% we will be using their services again in the future and I highly recommend them!!
