Mr. Handyman was wonderful. They were very professional, on time, very neat, van was well stocked, Melvin was a great worker and knowledgeable. He is a credit to your company.

We had water damage in our master bath, which leaked into the kitchen directly below. We needed the carpet, drywall, and cracks/sealing in the shower repaired, which was the source of the leak. In addition, we added some other minor projects that we never quite got around to completing (install lighting, large mirror to hang, door hinges to fix). From beginning to completion of the work, the customer service was impeccable. Bob was the primary point of contact and was courteous, answered every question, and incredibly prompt whenever I had an inquiry. Even when there were some challenges working through the insurance costs due to a disconnect with the insurance adjustor, Bob was accomodating and worked through all the billing revisions needed. He made sure that every detail was accounted for and everything was clarified. I was very appreciative of the reliability and attention to detail. The handymen that worked on the repairs were prompt. The work took 3 days to complete, and each day they arrived on time. They were courteous and answered questions clearly. They were very thorough and exceeded my expectations. I would use Mr. Handymen again, specifically this location.

We last used his service about 10 months ago.I think it went very well, he was careful with the spraying and he made sure that it didn't get on the plants whatsoever.

Highly Recommend Mr. Handyman of SE Bellevue!! Their staff and service are exceptional!! My mother's house had an emergency of a broken front door on the Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving. I was 3000 miles away and trying to secure her house after she was taken to the hospital. Terry in the office went out of her way to find a technician who could come look at it right away. Justin – the most amazing technician ever – arrived within the hour. He advised me on the best course of action and needed to get some extra materials. We agreed he would be back the next morning to complete the work. Thanksgiving morning – very early, Justin arrived and did an amazing job securing my mother's home. He was super professional – super fast – and the fact he was willing to come out early Thanksgiving morning was just amazing. He assured me all was well with my mothers house, it was secure and would be ok for her upon her return. I was kept updated every step of the way – Mr. Handyman, between both Justin and Terry were phenomenal and I am very grateful. 100% we will be using their services again in the future and I highly recommend them!!
