Jose from Handyman came to install a wall tv mount for me. From the first hello and handshake, he was 100% professional and gave me the impression he knew wheat he was doing. While he was setting up for the install, he found that the hardware I had purchased would not work for the job and was very up front about that which I appreciated. He offered to go get hardware that worked and set it all up quickly and efficiently once he had what he needed. He kept the work place clean and made sure things were neat and tidy after the job. I was very pleased with the completed job. I would highly recommend Jose and will definitely use his services again in the future when needed.

Talk about professionalism – I called for a quote on installing a ladder to access my garage attic. When I told the representative my house was new, she mentioned attic spaces in new houses are not designed to hold weight for storage purposes and asked that I send over some pictures of the space. I did so, and Googled what she was talking about in the meantime, finding out that the trusses used in modern homes are indeed not rated to support the type of weight I would need to use it as storage. A couple minutes later, the owner, Carl, called me and chatted through his thoughts on the space, recommending that I not go through with the install as the bracing required to make the space usable would be cost prohibitive. He also recommended that I have the space insulated as he noticed it was not, but that I could benefit from that. Ultimately, I have adjusted plans for my storage solution and will be getting that space insulated. Carl and his team are the utmost professionals, and in just a few minutes saved me tons of time, money, and headache, and helped steer me in a direction that is more effective for my situation and needs. As I assemble projects to be completed this spring, I will absolutely be calling them back for their help, and I look forward to working with such honest and experienced folks.
