Brent was amazing. He was supposed to call me when he got there so I could Buzz him in only to realize that I couldn't find my phone and it was in my car. At 1:30 which was 30 minutes after the actual appointment time I realized my phone was in my car. When I ran outside to get my phone he was still waiting for a response. Knowing after he told me that this was his last appointment of the day I don't know very many people that would have waited 30 minutes. They would have just left. He did he waited. He was so patient. He was so friendly and he was just wonderful

We were on a very tight timeline to get the work done prior to closing <br /> on the sale of a house. When I called them, Debbie answered the phone <br /> and knew exactly what I was talking about and made a very close estimate <br /> on how long all of the work would take. <br /> My only complaint, and <br /> it's not specific to this job, is that I hate paying for service by the <br /> hour. I always wonder if the provider is working to the best time <br /> equation or if the work is being drug out to get another 30 minutes of <br /> pay. I don't have evidence that this happened this time, but I just <br /> wonder. I was also concerned about a $10 charge for a few pieces of <br /> tape used on the dryer vent. I'm not sure that was a just price. <br /> In <br /> the end, the work was done and done well. I can't complain about <br /> anything in regards to the quality of the work. And the responsiveness <br /> of the office staff was superb-from the first call to the electronic <br /> copy of the paid receipt and lien reciept we needed to provide the <br /> lender. <br />

I use the same person over and over again which they are allowed to do. You can have whoever is available when you want or you can have the same person over and over. It is very easy to schedule stuff. If you need them on a specific day they are pretty good at getting me in. I paid them on hourly basis and the things I have done was for three hours and they will go on drive if they don’t have them on truck and it has happened to us once.
