Meet The Friendly Team at Mr. Handyman of Dayton

Kyle has been with Mr. Handyman for over 30 years, beginning his career as a Customer Service Representative and working his way up to General Manager before becoming the owner in 2018. Having held various roles throughout the company, he has gained firsthand experience in all aspects of the business and understands what it takes to deliver exceptional customer service. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys golfing and spending quality time with his family, especially traveling and vacationing together.

Mario is originally from Portugal and is fluent in three languages. He moved to the United States with his family when he was six years old. Mario joined Mr. Handyman in November 2017 as a Service Professional and has since advanced to the role of Operations Manager. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, their sons, and their four dogs.

Marko joined Mr. Handyman in 2025 and serves as the Residential Department Supervisor. Growing up around construction, he developed an early passion for working with his hands, building things, and seeing projects come together. His background has given him a strong appreciation for quality craftsmanship and the dedication our technicians bring to customers every day. Outside of work, Marko enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children. He is also passionate about soccer and spends much of his free time coaching and staying involved in the sport.

Ted joined Mr. Handyman in 2025 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Charleston in West Virginia. He enjoys being part of the Mr. Handyman team and bringing his education and experience to his role. Outside of work, Ted is a big music enthusiast who enjoys listening to all genres. Most importantly, he treasures spending quality time with his daughter.

Chris D. joined Mr. Handyman in 2016 and brings over 30 years of experience in restoration and remodeling. He enjoys meeting new customers, helping with their home improvement projects, and providing friendly, dependable service. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Joan has been part of the Mr. Handyman team since November 2001. She began her career in customer service before transitioning into a behind-the-scenes role supporting Human Resources, Payroll, and Accounts Payable/Receivable. Over the years, she has grown alongside the company while raising three children and becoming a proud grandmother of six. Outside of work, Joan enjoys reading, crocheting, watching television, and attending her grandchildren’s activities. Above all, she treasures spending quality time with her family.

Linda is a lifelong Cincinnatian. She is a proud wife, mother of three, and grandmother of one. Family is an important part of her life, and she treasures spending quality time with her loved ones. She enjoys expressing her creativity, especially through designing Halloween costumes. She is also a music enthusiast who loves listening, dancing, and unwinding to all kinds of music.

Jill is a proud mother of three and is passionate about giving back to her community and making a positive difference in the lives of others. She actively supports nonprofit organizations dedicated to helping children and families affected by childhood cancer. Throughout the year, she also coaches children and adults with disabilities in various sports, helping athletes build confidence, develop skills, and enjoy teamwork. Family and community are at the heart of everything she does, and she takes pride in supporting and encouraging those around her.

Dan joined the Mr. Handyman team in 2005 and has proudly celebrated over 20 years with the company. With more than 40 years of construction experience, he brings extensive knowledge and expertise, particularly in finish carpentry. He takes great pride in his craftsmanship and ensuring every customer is satisfied with the finished result. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, especially camping and vacationing with his wife and son.

With 40 years of experience as a handyman, Jeff brings extensive knowledge in residential and commercial repairs and maintenance. He enjoys the variety of his work and takes pride in using his expertise to solve problems and help customers complete their projects. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys playing cards, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.

With over 30 years of experience in construction and finish carpentry, Greg brings extensive knowledge and craftsmanship to a wide variety of home improvement projects. He takes pride in using his skills to help customers achieve quality results. Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time outdoors, especially camping, hiking, and kayaking. He is also an avid football fan who enjoys watching both NFL and college football.

Jim brings over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, with a wide range of skills and expertise. He enjoys tackling different projects and takes pride in helping customers get the job done right. Outside of work, Jim is a dedicated Cincinnati sports fan who enjoys attending Reds and Bengals games with friends whenever he gets the chance.

Mike is a Cincinnati native and proud veteran of the U.S. Army. A devoted father and grandfather, he values spending quality time with his family. Outside of work, Mike enjoys the outdoors and appreciating nature, with fishing being one of his favorite ways to relax and unwind.

Dale is a native of Findlay, Ohio, and the proud father of three daughters. When it comes to home repairs and service, he considers himself a jack of all trades and enjoys putting his skills to work helping customers with their projects. In his free time, Dale loves spending time outdoors, especially hiking and long-distance running. He also enjoys golfing, playing frisbee golf, and watching soccer. In addition, he is a foodie who loves exploring unique, locally owned restaurants whenever he gets the chance.

Jason S. is a native of eastern Cincinnati with over 20 years of experience in residential new construction, remodeling, and home repair. He takes great pride in delivering quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. A graduate of Wilmington College, Jason also played basketball—Go Quakers! His faith and family are important parts of his life. He is a proud husband, father of three grown children, and grandfather of five grandsons. Outside of work, Jason enjoys fishing, golfing, boating, camping, and just about anything that gets him outdoors.

Chris I. moved to Cincinnati from Toledo, Ohio, after spending much of his career working in manufacturing. Looking for a new challenge, he decided to learn a new trade and pursue a career as a handyman. Outside of work, Chris enjoys hiking, reading, and watching movies. He is also a history enthusiast who loves learning about the past.

Michael is a native of southwest Ohio and a proud four-year veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, including two years stationed in Okinawa, Japan. His military service gave him the opportunity to travel extensively, including a Mediterranean deployment where he visited the Sistine Chapel, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and the Vatican. Michael is certified in commercial roll-up door repair and installation and spent 10 years performing commercial repairs for the USPS. He has always enjoyed working with his hands and often spends his free time tackling projects around his home or helping friends and family. When he's not working on a project, Michael enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and experiencing different cultures.

Jason M. is passionate about his work and takes pride in serving others through his trade. His specialties include plumbing, flooring, and tile work, and he enjoys solving problems and helping customers care for their homes. A man of strong faith, Jason values his relationship with God and his family. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children, fishing, and tending to his garden.

Jonathan joined the Mr. Handyman team in Cincinnati after previously working with the Dayton franchise and has been in the construction industry since 2010. He enjoys working with his hands, tackling a variety of projects, and using his experience to help customers. Jonathan is a certified Schluter® waterproofing system installer and holds an EPA RRP certification for safe renovation practices. A lifelong Ohioan, he was born in Xenia and now resides in Jamestown. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his three children, traveling, hiking, and collecting unique rocks.

Born and raised in Ohio with Italian roots, Tim brings a diverse background and hands-on experience to the Mr. Handyman team. After living in Maui, Hawaii, he spent 15 years as a professional fisherman in Florida before returning to Ohio in 2001. With vocational training in machine trades and years of handyman experience, Tim takes pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Outside of work, he enjoys deep-sea fishing, cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals, volunteering at the American Legion, and soaking up warm weather.

Jeremiah is a Cincinnati native and graduate of Fairfield High School. He has worked in restoration alongside his father since 2008, gaining extensive experience across a variety of trades. A self-described jack of all trades, he enjoys solving problems and finding creative solutions for customers. Jeremiah is a proud father of three children and a devoted dog dad to his King German Shepherd, Gunnar. Outside of work, he enjoys gaming, playing frisbee golf, fishing, and poker.

Josh is a lifelong Cincinnati-area resident and a 1995 graduate of Roger Bacon High School. With over 20 years of experience in handyman services and maintenance, he brings extensive knowledge and hands-on skills to the Mr. Handyman team. A proud husband, father of three children, and grandfather to a young granddaughter, Josh values spending time with his family. He is also a dedicated Cincinnati Bengals fan who enjoys attending games whenever possible. Although new to Mr. Handyman, Josh is already proud to be part of a team he considers second to none.

Goran joined Mr. Handyman in 2026, bringing 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Born and raised in Bosnia, he moved to the United States with his family in 2001 and is now a proud U.S. citizen. A devoted father of four boys, Goran stays busy with their activities, especially soccer, which he also enjoys coaching. Having grown up on a farm, he loves animals and the outdoors. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and canoeing with his kids.

Chris W. is a Cincinnati native, born in Hyde Park and raised in Deer Park, where he still resides today. He brings experience in a variety of trades, including kitchen remodeling, electrical work, and home additions. He also attended school to earn his commercial driver's license (CDL). A proud father of two grown children and grandfather of one grandson, Chris values spending time with his family. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, working out, and researching health and medicine to expand his knowledge.
