Mr. Handyman asks for your vote in 2018!

Each year, these past few years, the Florida Times Union and Jacksonville.com have run a Bold City Best contest the find the ‘best’ places to go, restaurants to eat at, service companies for needs around your home, the best auto dealerships and more. There are 8 general categories, and ~150 individual competition for the ‘best’ of Jax.

The 2018 contest had a nomination period where any company, person or place could be voted for. From these the ‘Top-5’ vote getters were selected for a runoff. So, in ~150 different categories, a Top-5 list is now posted on BoldCityBest.com for voting from July 22 through August 5^th.

Most of you will recognize names in each of the competitive categories, and I encourage you to vote for those you think are the best. You can select your favorite Cuisine & Cocktails in a few different categories (Best American Restaurant, Best Food Truck, Best Outdoor Dining … and more).

What’s great about the Bold City Best contest is that the winners are selected by you, the public. One cannot buy this award and it has nothing to do with who is the biggest advertiser in the Florida Times Union, or on Jacksonville.com. The ‘Best’ in Jax is chosen by you!
