There are some things I can't do – and fix things is one of them. Twice I've had Mr. Handyman come to my condo and both times they've breezed in and fix things with a smile. I felt like I was in good hands both times and my fear of asking for help seems to have subsided slightly thanks to them. I even went ahead and purchased curtains the other day knowing full well that I could call Mr. Handyman to come and put them up. I have decided to go ahead with all kinds of household fix ups because I have someone I can trust to help me. Can't recommend Mr. Handyman enough.

Working with Mr. Handyman was a great choice, and I'm so happy I chose them. The technician I was working with was both communicative, and cooperative, while also being just as efficient. I was thoroughly impressed with the job they did in a brief amount of time, and how reasonable the price was compared to other companies I've worked with. I'm very satisfied with the work that was done, and I will definitely choose to work with them again if I'm in need of work on my home.

Worth every penny. Used them 8 months ago when my refrigerator stopped cooling and I was heading out of town the next day. The had someone there in 4-5 hours – and they managed to save it. Last week, I needed microwave & wall AC installed and help replacing/focusing track lighting on 18 foot ceilings. Great work. And as they charge on an hourly basis, I had prepared as much as I could (unpacked units, moved furniture, willing to do nearly all clean up myself – although that is apparently a routine part of their service), it helped reduce the time significantly.Then just called today as I needed an electrician for two small home projects: they cover that and could have someone here later this afternoon! Rarely find that response time. I’ll only need to use them for nearly all projects in the future.

We provided Air Conditioning Unit. It was our first time working with the Company Mr. Handyman. Scheduler was prompt at returning emails/call to set-up job, they also confirmed day before. Technician who arrived to do the job did call morning-of to give us his ETA at our place. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with, had excellent knowledge of what to do to solve our particular window issues: <br /> Duplex built circa 1970 with metal casement/crank window; originally we wanted to permanently remove window, he suggested alternate solution: <br /> <br /> Keep window attached just in case in the "fully opened" position, minus hardware. His truck was stocked with required plywood & metal plate, screws etc… needed to extend our narrow window sill & secure AC Unit in place. <br /> <br /> Plexi glass was also required to finish the installation properly and secure the window (Told Scheduler we would need plexi glass, but there was no plexi glass on the truck — communication issue) . This could have added $$$ to the job with shopping time by Technician. <br /> <br /> <br /> As we were trying to keep to our budget & finish installation that afternoon, I volunteered to do quick run to near by Hardware Store to purchase plexi glass; Dan our Technician was very cooperative, quickly measured the needed piece so that I could get it cut to size while he was working. <br /> <br /> Everything worked out very well in the end, incl. electric AC cord secured to wall with U-clips. We chose to do touch-up painting ourselves to save money. <br /> <br /> MR. HANDYMAN is not a thrifty service, but indeed they do very good work, show-up on time and have a professional approach. I would advise to be VERY CLEAR with your needs and expectations when setting up job with Scheduler; this will save time and help you stay on budget.

Yes, ask for Steve! He is so nice, honest, helpful, talented, and has a great sense of humor! He arrived exactly on time. We needed some very fine carpentry work done, and his craftsmanship was spot-on. He also offered us ideas and options for things we didn't know how to handle, without being pushy or giving us a hard sell. We spent the day with him and now he feels like a friend! Mr. Handyman was easy to deal with, and I'm sure we'll use their service again.
