It’s hard to find reputable contractors to take on small jobs. I am so happy that my wife researched and found Mr. Handyman. We simply needed the toe kicks on all our cabinets replaced and a new medicine cabinet installed. Yes, I could probably do this myself for less money but it would require cutting and kneeling and probably getting some tools I’d never use again. Now that I am a retired senior citizen I really want someone that’s professional and reliable. Everything from discussing material options, estimating, and scheduling with Raphael and the actual installation was seamless. Our contractor, Don Simmons, was prompt, friendly, professional. He was considerate of our home and left the kitchen and bathroom(s) work areas clean. We were extremely satisfied with the results and it took a fraction of the time it would have taken me even in my prime. I will definitely call them again for our next project.

We had quite a bit of work done by Mr. Handyman including faucet replacements, toilet replacement, and multiple repairs due to damages to our home by another company. The appointment process was informative and I was able to text photos of work I was looking to have done. Adriel explained everything with the understanding that an estimate would be provided the day of my appointment and upon accepting the estimate, work would begin immediately. The work was completed in a timely manner by Kevin but not without some hiccups. This is what sets Mr. Handyman apart from other businesses. I called immediately with issues I noticed from the work and left a message because it was after hours. The next morning I received a text asking to provide photos of the issues. The owner, Andrew responded immediately and set a time to stop by later that day that worked for my schedule. He also had Jessie come out to fix the issues at the same time. The fixes were completed and the remainder of the work that I was having done was scheduled for a later date. He advised me that they guarantee their work for a year and followed up with me the following day to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction. After I had the remaining work done by Steven, Andrew also followed up with a phone call where I informed him that everything was great except the attention to detail in the clean up process. As a homeowner I'm looking for 2 things when I get work done on my home. 1. that the work is done as described for a fair price by a company that is licensed appropriately and 2. that my home is left in the same if not better condition then when the work started. Even though my home wasn't cleaned to my specification after the work was completed I believe that Andrew took my feedback and will use it to ensure all employees will consider that when they're completing work on someone's home. If I have any other jobs (big or small) in the future that I plan to contract out, I will call Mr. Handyman and recommend them highly for anyone in the Orlando area.

Don did an incredible job on our list of random tasks around the house from deck repair to hanging photos! He was professional, kind and did excellent work! Mr. Handyman as a whole where fantastic to work with and would highly recommend!
