This review is only on their responsiveness and honesty based on a recent experience. I have old wooden gutters that needed repair and maintenance. Unfortunately, it rained the night before and I didn't think much could be done but these guys were the only ones who could book a decent date (a week out) and he showed up with good communication on arrival time (delayed hour or so). A picture of the person arriving was texted for those who might be concerned about strangers at the door. He was very nice and after inspecting the 2nd floor gutter, said nothing could be done till dry but offered to do a paint touch up where stained. And after he packed up he said no charge!! I will do a follow up when I use them in the future.

Duane was terrific. He worked hard to make sure I got what I wanted.. and made my house safer for my husb with balance issues. Our brick front porch needed some TLC and rails.. and we needed safety bars in the bathroom as well as in a tricky step area coming off the kitchen. I had a double window blow out in a storm. Although they were booked, Handyman found a way to get a technician to my house within hours because they understood the emergency. My expectation was to get it boarded up until we could fix it properly on another day — but the technician was very kind and smart — and able to repair the window good enough to make it secure for a temporary fix! The cost was minimal considering the emergency and I am so appreciative! Parker

I had some damage to my roof soffit over the winter from a storm. It was in a very difficult area to reach area at a peak. I got a quote in January but due to ice and weather had to wait until April. On the scheduled date and time I received a text and email. I also got a text with a picture of the technician with a tracking link. They arrived on time with all of the proper equipment including the lift. The work was done professionally and quickly. I was further pleased when the actual cost came in lower than the quote. I have already recommended Mr. Handyman to my neighbor and will be calling back if the need arises.
