The visit went very well! The technician that came out was Mr. Cornett Evans. He was very thorough. I particularly enjoyed the fact that he didn't treat me like a "girl." I am a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel. (He didn't know that thought.) He explained what needed to be done and what he was doing as he performed the work in an educational manner that I fully appreciated!! He climbed on the roof and showed me an error a previous roofer made…and fixed the problem. He was very personable and knowledgeable of his craft. I am waiting for a major rain to ensure all the water entry points were sealed off during the visit. But, I am highly confident that I won't have a problem. I also wanted to make a special note of the excellent customer service I received when I initially contacted Mr. Handyman of Greater Columbia. I sent a request for an estimate/service through Angie's List on the evening of 6 August 2018 at approximately 7pm. I received a call on my home voicemail by 9am on 7 August 2018. I was contacted by customer service representative Ms. Taylor Miller. She was fabulous! Her customer service was so outstanding I didn't even wait to receive an estimate from the other two companies I contacted. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating to my schedule. I spoke with Taylor from work on the 7th and I was scheduled for service on SATURDAY, 11 August from 1100am-1pm. She called me Saturday morning at about 8am apologetic for contacting me so early. But, she wanted to ask if the technician could come around 9am. My overall experience with the company was wonderful. I will be requesting Mr. Evans' service again when needed. If I am fortunate, I will have Ms. Miller as my representative in the future!!

Scheduling went smooth, the handyman Jerad was great, and in a couple short hours we were all done with the drywall patch, kitchen sink, and doorknobs.

Needed to do some rescheduling because rainy weather interfered. They were willing to work with our schedules, and finished work in a timely manner. They were careful to do the repairs in a way that should prevent future problems of the type we had to deal with.

Mario did an amazing job. He is very skillful, and efficient in what he does. He goes out his way on the project. I will definitely use them for other projects.
