They replaced our back door rotten sill and rotten floor boards without even tearing up the linoleum. They recommended a better product that would stop the damage from happening again used high quality cock which is guaranteed for 50 years so the problem will not recur. They did the job in half the time that was estimated and it was done well and properly. It also was about half of what he estimated it would be in money that was great. He also took care of a fallen shutter that had arisen in the front of the house the night before they came to fix the door without having to make another appointment. they were nice and very polite and cleaned as they worked. I would hire them to do another job in a heartbeat.
