This is the second major project that Mr. Handyman has done for me. I wanted a replacement vent made of a material stronger than the original. Mr. Handyman special ordered the vent and installed it on the first work day after it arrived from the distributor. I was not home when the work was done. I see this as a plus because I didn't have to lose a day of work. The appearance of the replacement vent looks professionally installed and not a "homeowner DIY" project. This is important to me because some day I will sell this house and don't want anything to detract from the structure and possible lower the sales price. The final price was slightly less than the estimate. The final price may seem high to some, but remember I didn't use a standard vent, but had a higher quality vent installed. I am pleased with the work and the price.

The handyman, Michael, showed up promptly, and did all the work meticulously and very well. He allowed us to pick his brain and gave us some very clear explanations about some irrigation and drainage projects we have in mind – even though Mr Handyman does not do these things. Michael was very professional and very easy to talk to too. I would confidently use Mr Handyman again.

Great experience. They repaired a hole in our basement wall that had major water damage. They quickly responded and had two repairmen out to fix it within a couple days. They gave us a military discount and the estimate was substantial lower than expected and after they finished ahead of schedule the final total was even lower. Everyone from the repairmen to the office staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We will definitely continue to use Mr. Handyman Fredericksburg.

Andy Little was very helpful in getting the work that I needed to have done scheduled. The technician Mike did an excellent job painting the shutters, front door, bay window and all the trim on the front of our town house. The shutters are on the third floor so I was concerned that would be a hard job to accomplish but Mike was able to get the job done. The price was fair and the work was done quickly. I would definitely recommend them and I will be calling them again to do work around my house.
