Meet The Friendly Team at Mr. Handyman of Greater Cincinnati

I’ve been with Mr. Handyman for over 30 years, starting as a Customer Service Representative and working my way up to General Manager before becoming the owner in 2018. Having worked in different roles throughout the company, I’ve had the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up and understand what it takes to provide our customers with a great experience. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing and spending time with my family, especially when we get the chance to travel and vacation together.

I’m originally from Portugal and speak three languages. My family and I moved to the United States when I was six years old. I joined Mr. Handyman in November 2017 as a Service Professional and am now the Operations Manager. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, our sons, and our four dogs.

I joined Mr. Handyman in 2025 and serve as the Residential Department Supervisor. I grew up around construction and learned early on that I enjoyed working with my hands, building things, and seeing a project come together. That experience has given me an appreciation for quality craftsmanship and the work our technicians do for our customers every day. Outside of work, my family is a big part of my life, and I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids. I also have a passion for soccer and spend a lot of my free time coaching and being around the game.

I joined Mr. Handyman in 2025 and have a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Charleston in West Virginia. I enjoy being part of the Mr. Handyman team and bringing my experience and education to my role. Outside of work, I’m a big music fan and enjoy listening to all kinds of music. Most of all, I love spending my free time with my daughter.

I started with Mr. Handyman in 2016 and have over 30 years of experience in restoration and remodeling. I enjoy meeting new customers, helping them with their home projects, and providing friendly, dependable service. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family.

I’ve been part of the Mr. Handyman team since November 2001. When I first joined the company, I was a mom of three, and today I’m the proud grandmother of six. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow along with the company, starting my career in customer service and eventually moving into a behind-the-scenes role supporting Human Resources, Payroll, and Accounts Payable/Receivable. In my free time, I enjoy reading, crocheting, watching television, and attending as many of my grandchildren’s activities as I can. I love spending time with my family—when we’re all together, there’s nothing better.

I’m a lifelong Cincinnatian and a proud wife and mother of three. I’m also a very proud grandma to one little bundle of joy, and spending time with my family is one of the things I enjoy most. I love getting creative, especially when Halloween rolls around and it’s time to come up with costumes. I’m also a big music lover and enjoy listening, dancing, and unwinding to all kinds of music.

A proud mother of three, I’m passionate about giving back to my community and making a positive difference in the lives of others. I’m actively involved with several nonprofit organizations that support children and families affected by childhood cancer. Throughout the year, I also enjoy coaching children and adults with disabilities in a variety of sports, helping athletes build confidence, develop new skills, and experience the joy of being part of a team. Family and community are incredibly important to me, and I’m grateful for every opportunity to support, encourage, and connect with the people around me.

Danielle is one of our commercial customer service representatives.

I joined the Mr. Handyman team in 2005 and recently celebrated 20 years with the company. With more than 40 years of construction experience, I’ve learned a thing or two along the way, and finish carpentry is one of my specialties. I truly enjoy what I do and take a lot of pride in making sure each job is done right and every customer is happy with the finished result. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family. I especially enjoy camping and taking vacations with my wife and son.

I’ve been working as a handyman for 40 years and have experience with all kinds of residential and commercial repairs and maintenance. I enjoy the variety that comes with being a handyman and putting my years of experience to work helping customers solve problems and get their projects completed. Outside of work, I enjoy playing cards, traveling, and spending time with my family.

I have over 30 years of experience in construction and finish carpentry, and I enjoy using that experience to help customers with all kinds of projects around their homes. When I’m not working, I love spending time outdoors, especially camping, hiking, and kayaking. I’m also a big football fan and enjoy watching both NFL and college football.

I have 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction. I enjoy putting my experience to work, tackling different types of projects, and helping customers get the job done right. Outside of work, I’m a big Cincinnati sports fan and enjoy going to Reds and Bengals games with friends whenever I get the chance.

I’m a Cincinnati native and a proud veteran of the U.S. Army. Family is an important part of my life, and I’m proud to be both a father and a grandfather. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors and appreciating nature. Fishing is one of my favorite ways to relax.

I’m a native of Findlay, Ohio, and the proud dad of three daughters. When it comes to home repairs and service, I consider myself a jack of all trades and enjoy putting my skills to work helping customers with their projects. In my free time, I love spending time outdoors, especially hiking and long-distance running. I also enjoy golfing, playing frisbee golf, and watching soccer. In addition, I’m a foodie and love exploring local, one-of-a-kind restaurants whenever I get the chance.

I’m a native of eastern Cincinnati and have over 20 years of experience in residential new construction, remodeling, and home repair. I take a lot of pride in doing excellent work and providing great customer service. I’m also a graduate of Wilmington College, where I played basketball—Go Quakers! My faith and family are very important to me. I’m a proud husband and father of three grown children, and I’m blessed with five awesome grandsons. When I’m not working, I enjoy fishing, golfing, boating, camping, and just about anything that gets me outdoors.

I came to Cincinnati after moving from Toledo, Ohio. After spending most of my career working in manufacturing, I decided to learn a new trade and become a handyman. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, reading, watching movies, and learning about history. In addition, I’m a bit of a history buff.

I’m a native of southwest Ohio and a proud four-year veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, including two years stationed in Okinawa, Japan. My time in the Marines also gave me the opportunity to travel, including a Mediterranean deployment where I visited the Sistine Chapel, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and the Vatican. I’m certified in the repair and installation of commercial roll-up doors and spent 10 years working in commercial repairs for the USPS. I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands, and even when I’m off the clock, you can usually find me working on something around my own home or helping friends and family with their projects. When I do put the tools down, I enjoy traveling and exploring new places and have had the opportunity to visit several countries.

I love the work I do and take pride in being able to serve others through my trade. My strongest skills—and some of my favorite work—are plumbing, flooring, and tile. I enjoy working with my hands, solving problems, and helping customers take care of their homes. Outside of work, I’m a God-fearing man who values my faith and family. I love spending time with my wife and children, going fishing whenever I get the chance, and working in the garden with my plants.

I joined the Mr. Handyman team in Cincinnati after working with the Dayton franchise and have been working in construction since 2010. I enjoy working with my hands, taking on a variety of projects, and putting my experience to work for our customers. I’m a certified Schluter® waterproofing system installer and also hold my EPA RRP certification for safe renovation practices. I’m a lifelong Ohioan, born in Xenia and now living in Jamestown. Outside of work, I love spending time with my three kids, traveling, hiking, and searching for unique rocks to add to my collection.

John L is a residential service professional.

I’m a native Cincinnatian, born in Hyde Park and raised in Deer Park, where I still live today. Over the years, I’ve gained experience in several different trades. I worked alongside my brother remodeling kitchens, have experience with electrical work, and have worked on many home additions. I also attended school to earn my CDLs. I’m a proud father of two grown children and a grandfather to one grandson. In my free time, I enjoy fishing, getting in a good workout, and researching health and medicine to better understand the information that’s out there.

I am a Cincinnati native and a graduate of Fairfield High School. I’ve been working in restoration alongside my father since 2008, which has given me experience in many different areas of the trades. I like to think of myself as a jack of all trades and enjoy finding solutions. I’m a proud dad to three two-legged kids and one four-legged kid, my King German Shepherd, Gunnar. In my free time, I enjoy gaming, playing frisbee golf, fishing, and playing poker.

I have lived in the Cincinnati area my entire life. I graduated from Roger Bacon High School in 1995. I’ve been in a handyman/maintenance role for over 20 years. I am a husband of one, a father of three (two girls and a boy), and I’m a new grandfather to a one-year-old baby girl. I’m a huge Bengals fan and try to get to a couple of games every season. I’m new to the Mr. Handyman team, but I can already see that this team is second to none.
