This was my first experience using Mr Handyman, and I was both impressed and completely satisfied. It was easy to book an appointment, and the person I dealt with on the phone was friendly and helpful. I needed a great deal of refuse, old appliances, Etc. Removed from my house and placed into a dumpster. My handyman, Nery Cartagena, actually arrived early and was totally awesome!! He was very friendly and personable personable and explained everything perfectly. Nery unfortunately worked during the heat wave on 6/25 and work so quickly I couldn't believe it. I strongly recommend Mr. Handyman and Nery in particular. Nery did such an incredible job. I will definitely use his Services again.

He arrived on time, actually a little early. The service techs name was Jay who used to run his own service. He was very knowledgable and professional. We walked through what was needed to be done. He had some projects he had parts for. I asked him if he could give me a list of materials and I could go to Home Depot. He did and when I went to Home Depot they didn't have everything I needed, so I was on the phone with him several times and he helped problem solve with me. Needless to say my trip was longer than anticipated (no thanks to Home Depot but that's another subject), I was freaking out thinking, I'm paying this guy who is standing around my house! When I got to my house he was in his truck and said "I hope you don't mind I went ahead and started my lunch when I was done, so you wouldn't have to pay me to stand around". I was very appreciative. While he was on his lunch I went to Lowes to get the rest of what I needed. When I got back he was finishing up what I had him doing so it was good timing. He also provided me direction on other projects I knew I could do myself. He instructed me on the best brands or products to use and how to do it. It took him about 4 hrs. Mr. handyman is nice because after the first hour they charge by 15 min increments. The only negative was if they clean up after themselves they have to charge you the same rate, which is understandable but a little annoying. I ended up cleaning up the scraps and nails that were left around.

Ryan Picker was my technician who installed custom holes for my umbrellas and grommets. Excellent craftsmanship and customer service. Ryan’s attention to detail is impeccable. Ryan’s service was so great I am actually going to purchase another outdoor table so that he can install another custom hole and grommet for the umbrella. Thank you so much again Ryan!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Mr. Handyman. Our technician, Jimmy, couldn't have been more kind, thorough, and skilled. He took time to explain everything to us to make sure we were comfortable with the process before he began and gave us regular updates as the project progressed. He also gave us great instructions for how long to wait before using the area after the work was completed. His time estimate upon arrival was extremely accurate and the work he did came out great. We wouldn't hesitate to use Mr. Handyman again and would probably request to have Jimmy back if we could! Having Jimmy in our home was like having a friend come by to help us out. He was so nice. He also took extra lengths to keep our house clean (bootie covers, drop cloths, etc.) and tidy from beginning to end. It was a flawless experience!
