We had a wonderful experience with Mr. Handyman. Our technician, Jimmy, couldn't have been more kind, thorough, and skilled. He took time to explain everything to us to make sure we were comfortable with the process before he began and gave us regular updates as the project progressed. He also gave us great instructions for how long to wait before using the area after the work was completed. His time estimate upon arrival was extremely accurate and the work he did came out great. We wouldn't hesitate to use Mr. Handyman again and would probably request to have Jimmy back if we could! Having Jimmy in our home was like having a friend come by to help us out. He was so nice. He also took extra lengths to keep our house clean (bootie covers, drop cloths, etc.) and tidy from beginning to end. It was a flawless experience!

He's my all-time favorite. Everything about him is good. We even had a tree fall on our house and the people they have working for them are just so knowledgeable that you look at the hourly cost but it really ends up to be not too much because they don't waste any time because they know what they are doing. The guy who owns it is very honest and very helpful like he helped us work with our insurance company. They are so good we tried to get them to go down in my parents' house but they can't do that because the franchise covers a certain area and they are not allowed to go into other people's other areas. You pay so much for them to come out and then every 15 minutes is so much money so you might as well get your money's worth if you have other things to be fixed and they are very honest about all that. I think pricing is very fair.

It was tough to find somebody to fix relatively minor damage to my rain gutters and I am glad I finally called Mr. Handyman. They did a good job, were prompt, and very professional. I was impressed enough to have them come out about five days later to repair the roof seal around the chimney that the workman spotted on the first visit. The second visit was a repeat of the first: very positive. I am definitely calling these guys first next time!
