The service I got from the beginning to the end was AWESOME! Very Professional and Down to Earth. Michelle was GREAT to deal with. Freddy was on Time, Professional and Polite. I don’t do Reviews, but this is the Exception. I had called and left a message after the work was done after business hours just inquiring about something and I expected a call back probably sometime during the week and with in 30min Michelle call me back. Now I don’t answer numbers I don’t know, but she left a message which she could have said “no answer” no call back” but she left a message. I return her call and she took care of my inquiry. For anyone that needs a Handyman Give them a call. 👍🏾

Eddie was an amazing worker. I had some metal cabinets that I needed installed in my kitchen and he did a fantastic job. He called in for backup from Vinny since the cabinets were heavy, and Vinny was also nice and professional. Eddie also took care of some caulking and peel n stick tile removal in my bathroom which has made a world of difference. I went through about 4 other GC’s before finding Mr Handyman. Both Lon and Eddie talked to me as their equal, and as a woman hiring someone to come into her home that was the deciding factor on hiring them. No mansplaining from these two!

Every single person involved with this company goes above and beyond for their customers Michelle and Ken are absolutely amazing and they are so very kind and thoughtful and patient with me. They do beautiful work and are respectful of your home and my disabilities. I give every single person who was involved in my stair glides and my bathroom remodel a100+ 🌟 review as an extremely disabled and ill person everybody treated me and my family with respect and kindness. They have gone above and beyond every step of the way. I want to give special attention to Michelle who stayed on the phone with me while I was sobbing and so upset and to Ken who is also a very special person. They all deserve extra acknowledgement for being amazing people. I’ve dealt with some pretty bad people who treated me terrible throughout my journey of slowly dying. I haven’t showered in over a year and a half so I am extremely excited to feel so unbelievably clean. I currently use a no rinse cleanser to wash every day So a huge shirt every single person who have helped with my stai glides and bathroom remodel, especially Michelle and Ken I will refer over and over again with confidence of an amazing result

Here's a business that actually makes customer satisfaction a priority through actions and not just lip service! I had initially reached out to Mr. Handyman of Easton, Beth, etc through their website and they were very responsive from the beginning and through the entire process. I hired them for a few small jobs around the house and a bigger project of removing an old shed outside. I got to experience their work and service across 2 days and a few different techs. While it wasn't smooth sailing at first this is where they really came through- they truly work very diligently to make the customer happy: Once I pointed out the few things I wasn't completely happy with, they were quick to address the problem areas and set everything straight and were very communicative throughout. The last 2 techs they sent really went above and beyond- I had remembered the gutters needed to be looked at and cleaned that wasn't originally on my list and they had no problem tackling that quickly when I made the request. The tech also noticed a bad patch job on my ceiling that a relative "helped" with that I didn't put on my list, and he fixed it and cleaned that up as well! I highly recommend them to anyone and they'll certainly be the first I call if I need any other repairs and/or upgrades done in and around my home!
