This company was easy to work with and fair price. I liked their automated text that reminded me of the appointment time and that the technician was on his way. I needed a water supply line and kitchen sink faucet replaced (which I had already bought myself). I had also requested an estimate and site survey for some attic stairs; which would be a second access point on the opposite side of the house. The reason for the second entrance is that I have an air handler near the middle of the attic which is difficult to traverse and I plan on doing a lot more improvements past that point. Making an appointment was easy; they were able to work with my schedule. Which helps because I was only available one day of the week. While the plumbing individual was there, he was professional and also crawled around the attic a number of times getting enough info for an estimate. I have all of my pipes running through my attic which from a plumbing perspective was good to get his input along with enough pictures and data to take back and have analyzed for a quote. He even coordinated with another Mr. Handyman technician in the area that specialized more with attic stair installation to stop on by and verify some on-site details concerning my attic. I appreciated the double check as it’s an older attic with apparently some unique design choices and it’s not the easiest to move around up there and the choices for an opening to the ground level are limited. By the end of the appointment, the ancient water lines were updated and the faucet replace without a problem. I was also able to better determine what I needed for an attic access point. I am looking forward to the attic entry quote and doing business with this company again in the future.

Josh came out to my house to fix my sliding glass door. He was very professional and friendly. He explained everything to me thoroughly and got me a quote quickly. Afterwards went over all the work with me. Highly recommend!

John did an excellent Job replacing our closet rod! He was on time, friendly and easy to work with! Would highly recommend him and mr handy man ! We plan to work with him in the future on home projects.
