Had the trim around a few of my windows replaced because of rot. The serviceman they sent ( I believe his name was Marcos) was punctual, polite, answered any of my questions concisely, and did a great job. I did the painting of the trim myself to save some money. He replaced the trim on 2 giant windows and 3 small ones and did the caulking. While doing one 2nd story window, he discovered another large window we couldn’t see from the ground that needed to have its trim replaced as well. Since he had not bought enough material to do that other window with him that day, we had to reschedule that window for another day. I requested they reschedule before the coming rain we were to have and they got him back by the end of the same week. For materials and labor for all 6 windows to be done and me doing the painting myself, the cost was around $1300.00. There were a couple of places I needed to fill in some caulking (I am a perfectionist) but other than that everything was done correctly and to a high standard of accuracy. I would recommend Mr. Handyman and I will also be using them for any other projects I have in the future.

What a great experience! Drew called, and asked if he could come earlier, due to a cancellation. He got here early, was happy to make a a couple of adaptations that we needed. He was fast (hung 3 braces and tvs in 1.5 hours), courteous, had all the supplies/tools he needed. I will be calling again, that's for sure! And, I'll be telling all my friends about Drew, and Mr. Handyman!

I was impressed with the courtesy of the handyman who came. Sometimes the repair people just barge into the house and they don’t wait to be invited in. But he was very respectful. I have used them two times and both times they were very respectful in the way they treated me. I was very happy with them. I tried to use them again recently. I just did not have a good experience on the phone with them. So we didn’t use them.
