The Technician, Shawn, arrived early to my home on 17 January 2012. I told him what the problems were with the doorbell and with the guest shower on the 3rd floor. Mr. Shawn started his assessment and figured out the problems immediately. He was very professional and advised me what needed to be removed and replaced. Mr. Shawn kept me informed. He removed and replaced my doorbell with a wireless doorbell because the system that was installed, not yet five years ago when the townhouse was built, no longer worked. He removed and replaced the diverter cartridge in the guess bedroom shower. Mr. Shawn traveled to the neighborhood Lowes to purchase the items that he did not have with him. Mr. Shawn finished his work in less time than I expected. He asked if I had anything further that needed to be repaired. Since I had read his Bio on the Handyman's Website, I asked Mr. Shawn if he could look at the ceiling in my master bedroom closet. He assessed the closet ceiling as having a leak and some mold/mildew. He informed me that the problem was correctable but that it would require more time than he had at the time as he had another appointment. I was very appreciative when Mr. Shawn suggested that I call to schedule a continuation of services. I called the Mr. Handyman of the Fredericksburg Region office and spoke again with the nice customer service representative Mr. Kevin. He informed me that Mr. Shawn could return on Thursday, 19 January to complete the job. I was thankful. Again, Mr. Shawn arrived promptly and begin to work of finding the source of the leak and repairing the problem. Mr. Shawn spent two days for a total of 5 hours and 45 minutes removing, replacing and repairing items in my home. I am thrilled with the services provided and more importantly the professional attitude of Mr. Shawn. It is a good feeling to have when you can trust someone to come into your home and deal with you in a professional manner. It was a blessing indeed. I will definitely use this company again and recommend this company to my friends.

Mike from Mr. Handyman of Fredericksburg came out to replace a new kitchen sink and faucet for us. He came quickly to give us an estimate, he explained everything to us and helped us with ordering the new sink, and arrived on time to do the installation. Mike was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He left our home as clean as he found it. We are very pleased with this job – as well as other jobs in the past that Mr. Handyman of Fredericksburg have helped us with. We will definitely use them again for any upcoming jobs.

Called in the morning and spoke to the owner Al who answered the phone. I explained what I needed and at first he thought I may need two guys and a 40' ladder as the portion of siding that came loose is on the second level by the attic vent. He asked I send him photos via text which I did and he checked with one of his guys and I ended up only needing a 21' ladder and one guy so less cost out of my pocket! Al said it would probably be in the afternoon and he would call when they were on their way and I told him that was fine as I would be home all day doing yard work. Well I missed his call as I was outside and didn't hear the phone but his guy Mike L showed up anyways which was also great for me! I heard him at the front and he got right to work. Very personable and friendly. I asked him if he'd mind cleaning out the gutters since he was up there and the siding was only a 5 min job so may as well utilize my hour of pay and they didn't mind at all. Al also came by to check on his guy and was very friendly as well just as he as on the phone. Very happy to have found a handyman company who I feel comfortable with and that would do a good job. Thanks to Al and Mike L it can now rain and I wont worry about my siding just flopping around. I will definitely use you all in future for any other needs.
