First I emailed. When I received no response I called. Samantha, the woman who answered the phone said she hasn’t received it and asked me to forward the email to her, which I did. After she answered all my questions, including an estimate for the work to be done via email, I called to schedule a time for Mr. Handyman to fix the issue. The morning he was due to arrive it was raining which completely changed what I needed done. I called to explain and she said it was absolutely no problem to address that issue instead. Thirty minutes before his expected arrival I received a text with his picture and credentials. I explained what needed to be done and he got to work right away. He taped off the area he was working in with plastic so dust wouldn’t go everywhere. He completed the job exactly as I had envisioned and it looked fantastic. He then vacuumed and left it looking better than when he arrived. Highly recommend!

Sam, our technician, did an exterior woodwork and did a great job! The quality of work as great, he was on-time, and was under budget. For those facts alone, I am offering future work to Handyman as finding great craftsmen and handymen are hard to find. Even the business office interaction was great too. Very communicative and great follow-thru. 5-Stars to the entire business crew.

Fantastic! I would definately hire this contractor for another project. I received a fair quote and was able to discuss the details. I was able to easily schedule my visit. I received email communication to confirm the visit. The technician arrived right on time and, even though he was working outside, he wore a mask the whole time. Justin K. was clean, respectful and professional. He knew what he was doing and got the job done quickly. The final bill was less than the estimate so that made me very happy. Highly recommended!
