My initial communications were with Zoe in the office, who was prompt, respectful, and genuinely interested in matching me with a service person that would meet my needs. To assist me with my timeline, she facilitated getting me an estimate using photos via phone and email. Satisfied with the estimate, I accepted, and she scheduled Saúl. Not only did he complete the repairs and build the exterior wood railing to my satisfaction, but he was particularly professional, respectful, and competent. Unfortunately, one cannot assume these qualities when hiring these days. He also was respectful of our property, cleaned up after himself, and ensured a low-stress encounter. Based on this positive initial experience, I contacted the company when a water leak created unexpected damage in my laundry room. Saúl was my employee of choice, and he came quickly and completed the necessary repairs. Overall, I am satisfied with my experiences with Mr. Handyman, especially because of these two individuals, and will use them again. I hope that this will become a long-term relationship that I can count on for needed repairs.

Great customer service; very responsive and tailored services. I entrusted them to take care of a list of household items, they did this on their own 2-3 days and called me to confirm details. Every day I received a list of items completed, tracked time and photos. It was very comprehensive and great rates for this type of home service and customer care. Definitely will continue to use them in the future!
