What works great about Mr. Handyman are their customer service reps. Zoe and Yolanda. I was getting a bit stressed bc of all that is happening with my move and the costs and when I called each time With questions and concerns they were very patient and professional and helped me find a solution. The young guy that came out to my home was also very pleasant and professional. He did just what he said and ensured I stayed with tho. My budget while getting the necessary work done that was needed.

Shawn showed up on time and gave me an estimate of how long it would take. It took longer than estimated but largely because of unknow pre-existing conditions that had to be fixed (i.e., the siding was not actually attached to the chimney by anything other than the trim). They work M-F, but he came on a Saturday because he was going to be leaving on vacation and wanted to get everything finished. Fortunately, I could pay with a credit card, and then I didn't have to be there for the days it took–I just gave him a key (no problems there). The first two days it looked like nothing had been done (except the shutters were gone) because he spent the first day taking measurements and then constructed all the elements in PVC in the shop (and painted the shutters there, too). But then everything came together, and it looks great. He really took a lot of care and takes obvious pride in his work. The painting was done by other members of the Mr. Handyman staff (since he had left for vacation). One thing to note is that you should mention if it will take a really tall ladder to reach certain areas (like the top of a chimney for painting) because not all of them have tall enough ladders on their truck–the painting had to be done over two days because of this. I'm very satisfied and want him to come back and do some other trim and elements!

Within two <br /> hours he was at my house?and he was prepared to work. He spent the afternoon <br /> sanding each place I was not satisfied with. He clearly wanted to make me <br /> completely satisfied. He even gave me some coupons toward the next job. So, I <br /> hired Mr. Handyman to paint two rooms. The price was more than fair. Mike <br /> Thompson came to do the painting. He saw places in the drywall that could be <br /> better, so he stopped his painting, went to a local store to buy materials, and <br /> fixed the drywall to perfection. To make up time, he even took our doors home <br /> with him to paint! The final result was excellence: I will call them again for <br /> other projects, and I have recommended them to my neighbor. I know I will be <br /> pleased with the work from Mr. Handyman! <br />

I have recently found Mr. Handyman. I needed two projects done and both were completed by Handyman in a timely and efficient manner. I have nothing but praise for both jobs and would highly recommend them for any job without hesitation.

I was impressed with the whole experience. Had an exterior light and doorbell installed. I thought one faucet needed to be replaced but it was fixed. Needed to replace a toilet and Charles took care of the whole thing. He answered my questions and I thought the cost was reasonable. I will definitely use Mr. Handyman again.
