    I had a list of 14 things to do around the house that I just did not have the time and/or expertise to do or learn to do myself. One call to Mr. Handyman and I was set up with 2 great technicians, Kenardo and John, who went over my list with me. They were able to knock out 10 of the 14 items in the same day, and did them very well. They were very resourceful in using certain existing materials in the house to fix repaired areas to match existing flooring/trim. Regarding the 4 other items they couldn't get to on the same day, some were just big enough tasks that it would warrant a second visit to take care of, and one was going to be a bit too involved for them to tackle at a reasonable cost (involving a fence gate post not anchored well enough to keep the gate door from tilting so much it's become difficult to close). The office was very pro-active in their communication, providing texts, phone calls, and pictures of the technicians to expect. They arrived exactly on time and were very professional for the entire day they were working in my home. Having two technicians working all day in the house wasn't cheap, of course, however, I thought the price was very fair and reasonable for the amount of work they did, and they did work hard all day. I would definitely recommend them and will be going back to them for future projects based on this experience.

    Ryan did a fantastic job fixing the outside of my bay window. He explained the process clearly and did it all in one afternoon. He is also friendly. I plan to use this company in the future for more projects. I am having John fix my stairs in early March 2026. He did a great job diagnosing the problem and creating a plan for the repair. I look forward to his work.

    John did an outstanding job building my staircase. My original house basement staircase was defective and John diagnosed the problem correctly. He ripped the staircase out and built a new one from scratch. He is very thorough and honest in his work. And the result was outstanding. Also, the front office people are great with scheduling.
