Had a dip/soft spot in sun room floor. Had Mr. Handyman out shortly before on other jobs but original serviceman was too large to fit under sun room and they had to call for backups. Owner of business came out and we rescheduled. Were able to fix floor underneath without my being home and taking a day off from work. Day of work, came home and floor was solid. Would never have known they were even there — all skirting put back and area cleaned. Angela was personable and helpful on phone from office. Once again, another great job. And they honored the 10% off from my original day of work since it was not my fault they had to come back.

We worked with Chuck and he was great. He was thorough and knowledgeable and worked quickly. The staff at Mr Handyman also provided excellent customer service. They communicated clearly and when there was a short delay they called to keep me up to date on the new arrival time.

We were overdue on getting our gutters cleaned when I called Mr. Handyman & left a msg. I received a callback in about an hour. The gentleman that took my information was professional and explained a little bit about their company. Everyone that they send out to a job were their actual employees that were carefully vetted. Fortunately, they had someone finishing up a job and would be on his way. The man that showed up was friendly, funny & quick. He hand cleaned our gutters & inspected for issues. I would highly recommend Mr. Handyman & plan on calling again this week.
