Taking care of a customer that way is important and greatly appreciated. Joe faced the challenge of removing a very large, heavy air conditioner from a second-floor casement window. The unit was screwed into the window frame and positioned partly outside the window, making the job especially difficult. He figured out how to safely remove the old unit and successfully install the new one. The job required both problem-solving skills and physical strength, and Joe demonstrated both. I had several projects that needed attention—power washing, restraining cedar planks, removing old caulk from the windows, and painting the trim—and they handled everything flawlessly. What really stood out to me was not just the quality of their work (which was excellent), but the care and consideration they showed throughout the entire process. Given that this was all being done while caring for a customer facing Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, their kindness, patience, and respect meant so much. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed smoothly and with minimal stress. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they worked efficiently without ever cutting corners.
