Local Door Repair and Installation Services in Remington, Virginia

Great from beginning to completion. My initial phone call was returned within 5 minutes. I called on a Friday, and the work was scheduled for the following Monday. Michael arrived on time, was very pleasant, and even though the vent replacement required patience (it was the first time it was replaced since it was installed by the builder), he kmew exactly what he was doing. When he installed the new vent, he positioned the interior screws so the screw head was inside the vent pipe. (The original heads were on the exterior of the pipe which required some manipulation of the pipe to reach them and unscrew them and remove the old vent cap). <br /> The original estimate of $142 was the minimum for one hour and included replacing the vent cap (I had already purchased a new cap and had it on hand). Michael completed the job in less than one hour, and the bill was $144. The extra $2 was for the caulking, etc, which was understandable. <br /> Kevin, the customer service rep, called the same afternoon to make sure the job had gone as scheduled. So not only was I impressed with Michael, the customer service was exceptional! <br /> I have already recommended Mr Handy Man to one of my friends, and will continue to reccommend them in the future. <br />

Initially chose this company because of the rating it holds. When I contacted them, I found the office staff to be receptive to my questions and very friendly. I made the appointment for several weeks prior to the actual install and was happy that Kate called to remind me of the appointment the day before while ensuring that I had everything the Technician needed to complete the job. This is my first time hiring someone to do a job in my home because I tend to do most projects myself. The Technician, William was exceptionally professional and demonstrated outstanding knowledge and skill which was evident in the finished product. William placed floor coverings down and ensured that every piece of debris was picked up upon finishing. Even my husband was impressed with his work! As soon as I paint the other room, I'd like William to come back and do an additional room for us. Thank you, William and Kate (Wow- Royal names for quality of service fir for Royalty)…Thanks Guys!

Their phone support was great, well informed and made scheduling a breeze. Their employee came out for a site visit, he was respectful, very experienced and punctual. I received a detailed explanation of the work to be performed. They sent me estimates in E-mail and identified exactly where there were chances for overrun. The came on time as scheduled and even completed the work ahead of schedule as another customer had cancelled their job and I got them for extra time. Again the workman was professional, On-schedule, knowledgeable and courteous. At one point the workman was missing some materials, he kept working and called the CEO to get him that materials. No lost time for home depot trips! His work was beautiful and made that portion of my house look great. Even if the cost was more than the other contractor I tried to hire, he called me two weeks after Mr. Handyman has finished and tried to schedule site visit. Ah….no thanks the work is done! Mr Handyman Customer for Life!

Joel repaired a bathroom ceiling that had been improperly painting during a renovation. He scraped, sanded and spackled all the cracks after peeling the old layers off. He recommended the correct paint for a bathroom ceiling and the end result is beautiful.
