When I needed some adjustment of an exterior door, I called Mr. Handyman of Martinsburg and Charles Town (WV). Everyone there was most helpful, from ease of scheduling to setting up the actual appointment. The service technician, Scott, arrived in a timely manner. He displayed the utmost in technical knowledge and expertise, and also exhibited a most pleasant countenance. His work was nothing short of first-rate. Certainly I would readily recommend this business to others in need of a handyman!

I have been dealing with a leaky sliding glass door for 4 years. Multiple people have looked at it, taken it out and tried to fix it, but it has continued to leak. After reading reviews about Mr. Handyman online I figured I’d give them a chance. Anthony came out, did some work on it and realized the door just wasn’t manufactured properly. But he was able to fix it for now. This will be an ongoing project. I will be buying a new sliding glass door, and will be contacting Mr. Handyman to complete the task. I will also be requesting Anthony complete the installation. I’m so glad I found you all. Now no more stressing when these crazy heavy rains hit. Thank you so much, Anthony and Mr. Handyman.

Mike and Hector did an amazing job! They showed up earlier than expected, they were quick, careful, thorough and very kind. This is my second time using Mr. Handyman for misc. furniture assembly and TV installation and I highly recommend their services!

This was a long road with the services they were hired for. I needed a VERY complicated repair on my wrap around porch, repairs to two outside door frames and a new ramp built for my shed. 1st let me say I hired this company knowing it was going to be expensive because they normally charge by the hour, but I wanted a reputable company because of the porch repair I needed and I've had some pretty horrible experiences with smaller companies in the past. It was not a necessarily non stressful experience, but I will say this, the owner Victor was was very pleasant to deal with, he truly wanted me to be pleased with my porch outcome, he worked with me, understood and acknowledged my concerns and most importantly MADE EVERYTHING RIGHT. Also, the repair tech assigned to me, Kevin, was unbelievablely professional, courteous and willing to hear me. It's been a 4 month journey with this company and I'm thrilled with the outcome, my beloved wrap around looks brand new. Mr. Handyman is a bit more expensive, but I believe you get what you pay for and I couldn't be more happy. Victor, Kevin and the office staff thank you so much!
