Great experience. After viewing job in person they lowered price by 300.

Never finished the job and charged an extra 15% for the project. They took advantage and then wanted to charge me another thousand dollars to finish the job. I paid a high hourly rate and was charged that rate for picking up supplies and at times one of the handymen was late or missing. They tried to say that there were obstacles that took extra time, but the job was easier because they did not have to cut into the roof. They tied into the end of the roof which should have saved time on labor. Now the posts they put in are warping. I do not recommend the company they make promises and do not follow though. Total rip off

I had an absolutely amazing experience with this company and its employees. I reached out after seeing amazing reviews and Anila followed up many times with me and happy to help in any way. The handyman that was on my job was named Terence. He was extremely prompt and worked like a horse. Never took a break and politely declined any offer I made him of a snack or beverage. He was focused on getting the job done, and doing it right. It’s clear he takes a lot of pride in his work. He was very friendly and respectful to my dog and children as well. He’s had prior experience but only with this company two weeks and you can tell he is eager to make a good impression and make his employers proud. Talking to him some I found out he was a Marine, so I love that the company also hires veterans. My husband usually handles house maintenance but I had to step in a lot and even though I wasn’t sure some of the time of what I was doing, Terence never once made me feel like I was wasting his time or annoyed that I didn’t know technical terms. If anything, he was very encouraging to ensure I was happy with the job and didn’t mind any extra time it took to get things done. I was very impressed with their brochure of all the things they can do, I’ll definitely be hiring them again. For reference, some of the jobs they did were: caulking ( and removal of old caulk) drywall, fridge tubing, locks, security camera instillation, patching up holes in walls. I also want to mention their pricing, incredibly reasonably and not in any way gauging. They wrote up three different quotes with different job options to fit different budgets, and I ended up creating my own option if you’d like to call it that where i picked and chose what jobs I wanted done for my budget and on the spot in front of me they created a new column with an instant quote. I loved that because I didn’t feel like they were being sneaky or stepping away to see if they could get more out of me or anything. I can’t say enough about this company, the job they did and the people working for them. The owner of Suffolk counties Mr.Handyman came out personally with Terence initially which was high praise and very reassuring. I’ve already told all my neighbors about them and will continue to do so. If you are on the fence about a handyman, don’t even question the decision to go with Mr.Handyman, you won’t regret it.
