Local Carpentry Services in Bynum, North Carolina

I have had several projects completed by “Rick” but none are listed in your descriptions. Rick repaired my wooden deck, sealed it and restained it to the original color; replaced old grout under the foundation, built a screen fence around the deck to keep my puppy from falling off; sorted through old equipment and paint and stain cans to throw away all that are worthless; power washed my screen porch floor, furniture and attached wooden walk to the stone path leading up to the garden from there; repaired the screening; rebuilt a seat for my 2004 Honda minivan; he’s a creative and hard-working worker who works hard, fast and efficiently to do whatever has to be done. We added on the most recent date (Nov.15, by Ed of Handyman) restaining an area where my puppy had torn up the deck wood and cutting off and replacing the broken wooden frame under the deck bench, completing job of replacing wire around the protective wire on the deck wiring and completing repair of two ceiling lights in the dining room. My usual Mr. Handyman worker wasn’t available but Ed did good work.

Mr. Handyman sent out Sam Heath to basically do three things: Install storage shelves in my main hallway, install shelves for CDs and decorative birds in my living room, and install storm doors on my front and kitchen doors. He also put in a half shelf in the bathroom, put up a medicine cabinet, and "unstuck" a couple of doors. In each case, Sam's work was careful and precise. The 5 hallway shelves can each accommodate 4 Bankers' boxes for a total of 20. There is also room for my hamper, mop and brooms, and laundry baskets. It totally transformed the area. The bird shelves are a treat, the "birdies" the first thing you see on coming in. And the storm doors have taken me from too many flies to nearly zero. in addition, Sam was gregarious and pleasant to work with. I would hire him back in a snap!

Sam did an amazing job installing 2 56” glass whiteboards for us. He was quick, precise, and professional. Will absolutely keep Mr. Handyman in mind for future projects!

Shane sent an employee whom I had not seen reviewed, Gary. He did everything we asked him to do, and he did it well. We recommended his services to a daughter in the area. So from reading all the reviews, Shane must have a stable of competent handymen! We have a larger project, a patio repair job, and we plan to use the company for that as well. I'm sure it will be someone different, but I am just as confident it will be a good person and that the job will be done well.
